Is this phasing out? I bought this recently and used it and love it for my pastina. Once I used it all up I went to buy another and saw it’s sold out at every store in Phoenix area except 1 package left at one location but it’s also unavailable for shipping so I wonder if these are being phased out? Which is a shame because we really enjoyed it! If you can find it, it’s worth a try :)

Next time you’re sick cook this pasta in some broth, resisting the urge to add a lot of embellishments. It makes a simple nourishing soup that instantly makes you feel better. I bought a bag to have on hand for flu season and ended up needing it sooner than expected. It’s a little bigger than traditional pastina which I like a little better.
