Q: Do the 30 days start at time of purchase, or is it 30 days from the time of activation on the device? I want to prepurchase this to have as a backup in case my power goes out.
A: Hi. This is Cristy from SIMPLE Mobile. The 30 days will start at the time of activating the device or redeeming the plan. Your service will operate only after you have purchased and redeemed a plan and so long as you have service days left on your plan cycle. All Plans are on a 30-day cycle. Thank you.

Q: I would like to use my unlocked iPhone as hotspot using simple mobile SIM and prepaid card, is this possible? if it is what card or SIM I need to purchase?

To use SIMPLE Mobile Service, you must first purchase and activate a SIMPLE Mobile SIM Kit that can be used to activate your compatible phone under the Keep Your Own Phone program. To activate your phone, you must also purchase and redeem a SIMPLE Mobile wireless plan. You will need to get any of the available Truly Unlimited Plans since these contain hotspot data allotment. To check if your phone is compatible with our network, you can text the word BYOP to 611611. Thank you.
