Q: Why would you need to purchase a Data plan if it comes with a lifetime data plan? How much data comes with the lifetime plan? Gives zero information on amount of data included very misleading!

Not only is it a hotspot that gets great signal but I can plug my phone into it and it helps me keep a charge! This thing will switch between carriers/towers when you're traveling down the road. Everyone should have one of these - even if you only use in an emergency situation. I actually had multiple people on this simultaneously in the car. Went to Canada and it worked up there too! We call it The Puck (they liked that name up in Canada) ;-)

Even after 2 hours on with customer support their replacement product still did not work. The following day they told me they had no record of my call and I was on day 31 of the 30 day warranty. They hung up the phone on me.

Worked ok for approx 3 months and then straight up quit. The device wouldn’t even turn on or appear as an available network to connect to after that, even though I had purchased GBs of data and had plenty available left to use. I followed all troubleshooting procedures to a T with no success, even after fully resetting the device. There’s no recourse/refunds/replacements avail to customers that buy this item (either from Target or the manufacturer), so buyer beware, and purchase only if you are ok with throwing away $100+ for a device that’ll work for maybe a couple of months and that you’ll have to make secondary purchases of data to even be able to use the device

The unit worked for 3 days then stopped. It constantly freezes and randomly disconnects. It will leave you with no internet when you need it the most. I suggest to look at other wi-fi companys. Simo and Solis are horrible products that will leave you empty handed.

It was very easy to set up and operate. I live in a small village in Poland and was able to pick up a decent signal. Only downfall was that i was not getting a good enough signal to stream movies.

Superb device and service, setup and operation is fairly easy. Used it in the US and multiple locations in the Philippines. High speed data runs out quickly and is expensive to add-on, but when functionality is more important than cost, I cannot complain.

Not loving it. Disappointed, as I had high hopes it would work in areas that my cell phone's hotspot was not working fast. Unfortunately, it does not work well in those areas and more. I also wanted to use in car for my kids to have internet on their devices but that is terrible!!! Wish I would have tries it before my trial period ended.

I love this device for traveling. Traveled all through Japan with my wife and three kids. They were all doing their things online and I was googling directions etc. worked excellent. Also does it’s job in USA, which I don’t really understand what that is tho.

Just got back from a trip to Peru. I couldn't seem to activate the newer Solis Lite on most days. My day passes said zero even though I had 8. The buttons are harder to operate since there's no words, you just have to know how long to hold each one for turning on and off. You Can't start a day pass without the app on your phone, while on the old device, I could start from the device. Prefer the operation design of the older model.
