The simplehuman stainless steel pulse pump is engineered from the inside out. Purchased this dispenser for dish soap after so many either leaked, broke or rusted after a short period of time. It's pricey, but looks like it will last a long time. It's not too heavy even when full. My only complaint is that it is very modern looking in my country kitchen, but after a few weeks, it does stand out as much.

After trying several different pumps for my dish soap this is, by far, the best! No resistance or feeling like it’s going to break. The stainless cleans up like new with just a quick wipe down.

I spent way more money on this soap dispenser than I wanted, but I was hoping it would last longer than the plastic ones I got tired of replacing. It didn’t work. This one only lasted about a year, and the pump is non functional. Would not recommend at this price point. Good looking junk.

This is a well made liquid soap dispenser, which I use for dish washing soap. It would be great if it had just a small "window" so you can see the level left.

Simple Human continually refines and improves their products. This manual soap pump works perfectly and holds a good amount of product. I bought this as a gift for friends. I've used the motion sensor pump for several years now and it looks and works like the day I bought it.

Sharp looking soap dispenser (I got the matte black and brushed stainless versions) holds a lot of soap, is easy to fill, and works flawlessly so far (only had them a week). The only downside is that you can’t tell at a glance if it needs to be filled. I really wish Simple Human would add a visual indicator so the dispenser could be filled before running out.

Love simplehuman products but was a bit disappointed with this one. Whenever you press it, there’s a string/stream of soap from the nozzle to your hand; they advertise “drip free nozzle that draws back soap” but this didn’t happen on my dispenser. Disappointed because I bought this unit and a lot of simplehuman hand soap to go with it and it doesn’t perform as expected.

The nozzle kept getting stuck down and wont rebound back up. Tried to clean with hot water to declog but completely fell apart. I loved it but hate it didnt last more than 1.5yr.

One of my sensor pumps 9 played out so I bought this as a replacement, Thinking what the heck we'll go with a manual pump. It was well built, kinda to big for us /16 oz. I guess I'm spoiled ended up sending it back and replacing with another sensor pump New & Improved 9.
