This is my second mirror since 2018. The last mirror quit staying charged a year ago. I reset it several times. If they hadn’t offered the discount I wouldn’t have purchased another one, but they are exceptional mirrors and there’s nothing like it out there. Is it worth the expense? Probably not. Hopefully this one lasts longer since I won’t need it every day. I do love the pink!

The mirror that I originally bought was not working anymore. I called the human people and they said to send it back in and they would test it and if it didn’t work, they would replace it. After a couple weeks, I received a brand new mirror in the mail and I’m very pleased. Thank you very much

I like the mirror except my face has to be right up close or else the mirror light shuts off. Also, I would have liked a magnifying mirror like my previous mirror I don’t like the mirror with a small magnifying mirror attached. Oh well. Still glad I bought it.

I bought a mirror, and had it less than a year and I had problems with it charging. I absolutely loved it, so I reached out and the company made it extremely easy for me to ship it back for free- and after taking a look, they sent me a new mirror right away!! My new mirror is covered under my original warranty and I couldn’t be happier. It’s so frustrating when something breaks & the company won’t back it up, but they did a fantastic job! I’ve already purchased a second mirror as a thank you for a friend from my wedding. I would definitely recommend these mirrors to anyone who hasn’t had a light up, or magnification vanity mirror before… Or anyone looking for an upgrade. It’s a game changer!

I love the ability to change the power of the light. This option was not on my old one that I’ve had for over ten years. This mirror is one thing I will not be without! My old one still works but it was damaged by a guest and must be plugged in to work. My husband uses it.

My bathroom vanity area doesn’t have the best lighting. My mom had this mirror so I got one for the bright light. The lights are adjustable which is really nice. The size of the mirror is great. Looks nice. I like the metal color choices. I got the brass. I wish it were not magnified. It’s a 5x magnifying. I wanted a regular mirror. My old one was not bright enough. I have a the Simple Human travel mirror which is 10x magnified. That’s too much. I have to close on eye to look in it. I bought this to use for regular makeup application. I would have preferred a plain mirror with no magnification.

Love the size, magnification, and design. Really don’t like that it turns on when you’re near it, that’s annoying. Wish that was controlled by touching it. Also, the description says touch control, brightness, but I have not been able to make it brighter by touching it, only by getting closer to it. That’s not great either. I’m still happy with it because it’s a great design, and I like that it’s cordless, but I will always be annoyed that it turns on every time I walk near it and don’t need it on.

Simple human replaced my mirror under warranty but sent a lesser model. My mirror had a x10 mirror that magnetically attached to the center of the mirror. They sent a x5 mirror without the ability to attach the x10.
