I have to say I really love this mirror! I love that it has a sensor and comes off and on on its own.

Love this mirror. Have two of them and they are perfect makeup mirrors.

I had the rechargeable battery version before and had a real issue with it holding a charge. I'm thinking that's why it's no longer an option. The mirror is lovely and a dream for putting on mskeup.

I don't know how I lived without this. Since I installed this I use it everyday during my skincare

On my 3rd mirror and it still is a little glitchy. Had a chargeable Simple human for 10 years with no issues. Just settling with the glitching at this point and keeping as I am tired of installing, uninstalling and going to fedex.

Easy to install. This unit requires it to be mounted over an electrical box to wired correctly.

If you are tired of replacing batteries in wall mirror then I highly recommend this product. The minutes you step in front of the mirror the sensor captures the motion and bright light appears and the rest is history.

I have the old version of this wall-mount magnifying mirror with proximity sensor product that is battery powered. Being battery powered allowed me to place right where I need it. I very rarely need to charge it, and when I do, it’s very convenient. The sensor is not detecting when I’m done using it very well as the product has aged. I have to position it away from potentially reflective surfaces and turn off the room light to get it to shut off. This is why it bought a new one. It now comes in two versions - one that has a base to stand on the counter that is battery powered, and a wall mount version which now needs to be wired into the electrical system. There is no way I’m going to pay an electrician to run wiring. It’s not even possible in my case as I have it mounted to a cabinet where I need it. It’s a shame the changed away from the battery when most of the other similar mirrors use the convenience of being battery powered so it can be placed wherever you need it. You can also change it at any time. I’ll be looking for another company that still does things the right way. This is the second product (the other is a garbage can) where the sensor system has failed an otherwise usable product. I wish I could replace the sensors on both since they are perfectly fine otherwise. The sensors work perfectly fine on the other two garbage cans that I have had for just as long but rarely use.

Really like the shape and light weight of this mirror. Mounted directly onto standard junction box as expected. Used it to replace a heavier rectangular mirror. Like having switch feature so I can vary lighting to on/off/sensor mode as needed

We had the battery powered version before and loved it, but had power close by this time. It is a great product.

I’ve have purchased several simple human make up mirrors over the years. I love this wall mounted one to keep bathroom counter less cluttered. We recently remodeled our bathroom. We got champagne bronze hardware and the brass mirror matches our new hardware very well. I like the motion sensor on/off feature too.

Works great. Of course it required an electrician to install but, happy wife happy life. After 58 years it is my go to response…..

Needed to hard wire before using. Wish the prewired was still available.

I haven't installed it yet, just held it on the wall to see where to install it. My only disappointment is that I thought it was a regular mirror on one side, and magnifying on the other. Instead it is magnifying only. However it is beautiful and I'm sure it'll be great.

Please add a 10x hard wired magnifying mirror. You have had 100s of your customer's request this with no response from simplehuman.

I love the sleek look but also, it's functionality. The magnification is perfect, and I really like the automatic light sensor. I have another style and have the option of turning on the light, but I never use it.

Love this mirror. I have two- one in our summer home. Can’t get ready without it.

My last wall mount magnifying mirror I loved. It was rechargeable and worked perfectly until it wouldn't hold in place. This hard-wired wall mount is not rechargeable.
