submitted byAmanda - 6 months agoA: I have a miniature schnauzer with chronic nasal congestion and I use this for him daily. It helps loosen mucus so he can sneeze it out. I also apply a wet facecloth to his nose that’s been soaked in hot water do he can breathe in steam.

A: Since it arrives sterile (being saline with baking soda) but once you are putting it in or around your nose and it is exposed to air, I would think that it would eventually become "contaminated".

Product seems to work well. I would suggest to re-model the nasal spout. Now i have a larger nose but the spout seems to be a bit too long and the button to push to activate the spray is not east to push. Also, the spray comes out a bit too firm like a power washer which may be good for first level congestion but after that may not need as much. Maybe offer changeable spray heads?

Absolutely love this product and the fact that it isn’t medicated! I use it daily and have noticed such a difference in allergies overall and even the severity of cold viruses. Can’t recommend enough! Great alternative to Flonase, which I didn’t want to use daily due to the fact that it is a medication.

This spray is easier than the Neti pot. I did have to push the nozzle rightward to free up the push button and break that small connector so it would spray using one finger. After doing that, it worked well.

I live in the desert, but still get cedar season allergies. This helps with the dryness, minimizes my bloody noses, and is great to flush out allergies and I use it at the end of every day to minimize the germs hanging around in my nasal passages. The extra strength version has more salt in it, and will dry things up, while this is more for moisture.

This stuff has been a real savior this winter for me. I usually wake up with a very dry nose which sometimes leads to a nose bleed. I use some of this in the morning before I clear my nose and it helps so much to moisturize and I haven't had a nose bleed since using it.

The One star is for a new nozzle design. I've used simply saline for years and keep several around so it's always within reach. I just purchased two bottles and the nozzle shape is different- larger and wider which is not very nose friendly for a woman. I can’t even get it into the airway in the way an adult needs to position a nasal spray, to use it correctly. I’ve attached pictures of the two nozzles. The website is only showing the traditional nozzle so I’m not sure if this is a new design or a fluke? I'll have to try to find the Jr. one and see if the nozzle is a traditional one.

This spray is a lifesaver. I’m 7 months pregnant and my nose feels like it’s going to fall off. The spray really helps with congestion and also moistening my nose making it feel much much better. Highly recommend it. Used it for my first pregnancy and now using again for my second.
