A: Hi there, the machine does not have an insulation feature, so ice cubes stored inside will gradually melt. The melted water will re-enter the ice-making cycle. We recommend removing the ice cubes to a refrigerator for storage.

This has been one of my favorite Online purchases in a long time. It’s relatively quiet and produces enough ice for me and my husband. The basket fills up quickly. I used most of it to fill a large mug. The size is perfect for my countertop. I would definitely buy this product again!

If you are looking for small cubed ice it appears to be a great machine. But, the ice does not look like the pictures - it is NOT the sonic ice. So disappointed :( I specifically looked for the right ice and read reviews. Apparently they send machines that don't match the description.

The ice is amazing. one of the standout features of this machine is the texture of the ice it makes. Some people refer to it as ’chicken ice,’ though I’m not familiar with that term, and I personally disagree. I haven’t had to clean it yet. Even after multiple uses, it doesn’t seem to need frequent cleaning.

This machine is way louder than i expected it to be. I bought my son a cheaper model and it's a lot quieter and makes ice much faster.
