A: Mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, bottled water, soda, juice all do best in the fridge doors. Why? The doors are the warmest area of the fridge and should be reserved for foods that are most resistant to spoiling. Foods that can stand up to temperature fluctuations work well in the fridge door.

A: Sir Kensington's mayonnaise lasts longer than homemade mayonnaise. There are a few factors that contribute to its longer life: We use pasteurized egg yolks to reduce the risk of food-borne illness. Most grocery store shell eggs are not pasteurized. Because mayonnaise is not cooked, pasteurized eggs ensure the safety and stability of the eggs in our mayonnaise. Second, we add a combination of lemon or lime juice, vinegar, and citric acid (depending on the specific product) to reach a pH level that preserves the mayonnaise. Additionally, our mayonnaise is made in a food-safe facility that greatly reduces the risk of cross contamination.

I noticed that it is a little thinner in consistency yet very creamy. The mayonnaise has a slight lime and vinegar taste that isn't offputting, I think it elevates dishes when used.

I have to say it’s pretty good. It’s not that much different than Dukes what we usually purchase. I like how it uses avocado oil and a glass jar.

My family has been using this Product for the last few years and I am so glad we found it. My family has many food sensitivities and this product is one of the few that is safe for people with food allergies and tastes good. I have never been a fan of mayo so I only used to use miracle whip. This product has a similar texture to miracle whip and tastes amazing. It has a bit of a bacon flavor after taste that my family loves. This goes well on sandwiches, hamburgers, etc, and taste amazing in potato salads, chicken salads, etc.

I love this mayo. It was almost impossible to find a mayo without seed oils in it until I found this brand. It's expensive, but worth it because it tastes really good (unlike another brand that rhymes with frozen)
