I was really impressed with the overall results I noticed over these past 10 days. I notice some growth in muscle mass and better endurance when lifting. Since taking Creatine X3 pills I have changed and will continue taking it as my new supplement.

Also, the 3 pills are under-dosed at 3g, I have to take a second round of 2 pills later in the day to get to the recommended 5g daily for creatine. I normally take a small scoop of creatine powder with my protein shake post workout, which I find way more convenient, so these pills are not for me.

But you have to be careful with it. You must drink a ton of water to keep things moving. These pills in particular are easy to down and tasteless which I love. Patience is a virtue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not bad, but not really my style. The benefit that I see in taking creatine in pill form is for someone who just wants to take it and be done. If that's you - you don't want to add another item to drink during or right after a workout, you may like the Creatine X3 caplets. One warning, though: they're not small. One serving is three caplets and the recommended dosing is to take one serving twice daily. As you can see in my pic, two caplets is about the size of a quarter. For those that don't have issues swallowing pills, these might be great for you. As far as the supplement, itself, I have no negative feedback, other than size. As I've taken them, I have noticed a good pump. By digestive system seems to have zero problem with them, and that's always a positive thing! If I was in a hurry and forgot my shaker bottle I think I'd look to this bottle. These might be my go-to back up plan.

I also like that it's easy to do that math to make sure you're taking enough to meet your daily creatine dose.

It's as effective as any creatine I've ever used--in my late 40s, I still saw significant increase in strength when I started taking it, and I only take about one-third of the recommended dose. It's also just creatine, not creatine mixed with a bunch of stimulants better left to young people who don't have to worry about getting their blood pressure too high during a workout. If it were available all the time, I'd buy it all the time.

You can take two servings per day which is six capsules. On workout days it takes one in the morning and one post workout. It enhance my muscle performance and my recovery. I would highly recommend it.

But I’ve decided to push past that and with consistency and staying hydrated lemme say results will come. What I like about it being a pill is that it doesn’t add a chalky texture as a powder would some don’t blend too well so the pill makes it a bit more easier to digest. Still using it can’t wait to see my results at the end

These don't upset my stomach at all, I get in great work outs, feel strong, recover well and I am powering through my strength training. Really like these.

The powders are rough to take, but these pills go down easily and are fast to take which I like. It has a good amount of creatine in them and I recommend these to everyone.

This is shooting more towards 3 so I had to Supplement other places to get my 5 g. The big fan that you switched over from the red pills to the white pills for creatine.
