[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this every day before my workout. This really gives me the energy I need to power through my workouts, while also supplying me with 5g BCAAs.

Not only does this product have the Aminos that I need, but also provides that energetic kick to start my workout, and keep me going plus focus on pushing for my next rep. Aside from these great features, this flavor is delicious!

I do recommend using more water, I used 16oz, instead of the 8oz that it said on the container because it was far too strong/sweet with such little water. And then it lasts throughout my whole workout also. Since this product did not have a lot of caffeine in it, I liked that and was able to drink it for my evening workouts. It does have some beta-alanine in it but I did not feel like tingling effects of it as I do with some other preworkouts. I love using this an an intra-workout BCAAs though especially for my longer workouts

The taste is good at first a little to sweet so added a tab bit more water I usually drink the product while driving to the gym but this time I drank before leaving the house for the gym. The Gym is about 20 min from home during the drive to the gym I could feel the product kicking in its like things were clearer and I had this natural energy burst. Once I got to the gym I was ready to gt straight into workout, for me the product took about 15 min to kick in and it didn't have me jittery like other supplements I've taken in the past. This product I will be purchasing again because I like having clean natural energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great ingredients I love the taste Ingredients are very important. This brand has quality ingredients. The number one thing I look at when choosing a product. I suggest changing to stevia as a sweetener. Then it would be a number one product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never been too much into Aminos, but I've noticed that my recovery time has dropped noticeably after taking this. Left me energized throughout my workout without crashing halfway through. Would HIGHLY reccomend.

To get the most out of this I would take 2 scoops. Mixes very well and helps be get through my workout. Overall a good product

The recovery is fast & great during high intense workouts using the Six Star Aminos + Energy supplement. I will recommend this product to people in my gym with that said I have been approached my some individuals asking me whats in my shaker cup and I let them know along side the benefits for during & after workouts. The flavor is immaculate and I definitely feel when stacking this with my ther shake I get a pick me up in my mornings sipping on it for sure! Can’t beat it for the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being very caffeine sensitive I find most pre-workout supplements to be way too stimulating, to the point where I'm more uncomfortably energetic than focused and ready to train. That being said I find this to be much better for me and my pre-workout needs than most other products I've tried. I'm attributing that to the lower levels of caffeine relative to leucine, beta alanine, etc when compared to similar products. My strength/power workouts are never over 45 min to an hour so I take the whole serving immediately prior to starting my warm ups rather than over the duration of the session. This lessens the efficacy of the amino acids in some regards but its the best way for me to take it from a caffeine standpoint. While this is a good product it just doesn't meet my exact needs so I can't quite rate it 5 stars. Separate products with one being without caffeine for intra-workout supplementation would be ideal for my needs as I respond well to intra-workout branched chain amino acids and lots of beta alanine but need to avoid prolonging the effects of caffeine past the end of my workouts. If you have more normal caffeine sensitivity than I do I recommend trying 1 serving before and 1 during your workouts, it was a bit too much caffeine for me but the extra beta alanine really helps with repeat power performance.

This blend was the perfect mix. Great taste and helped me maintain laser focus at the gym without the jittery side affects. I highly endorse this product.
