SkinCeuticals Gentle Cleanser Cream, 6.8 oz

I love Skinceuticals. I am keeping the Gentle Cleanser for days when my skin needs a break or is sensitive. Never caused any reaction or whatsoever, and is super gentle. Would always repurchase and definitely recommend.

I really enjoy this product. It is easy on my sensitive skin and doesn’t leave skin feeling stripped or dry. It has a nice scent and has really helped my dry acne prone sensitive skin.

Perfect cleanser for sensitive skin and in helping to restore skin barrier. It’s a very gentle cleanser with a nice clean smell, and the texture is similar to a moisturizer. Leaves my skin feeling very clean and hydrated.

A good cleanser that is easy to apply. Cleans well, remove the makeup. Makes the skin glow and clean. One of my fav. products. I use this twice a day.

I used this ine when I had my Microneedling done! Super gentle and clean! Eventhough my skin was thin and peeling because of the treatment, but I dit not feel irriated at all, but soft and moist. Love it!

I’m a person that never washed make up off at the end of the day. I moved to using the pre moistened wipes that I would periodically use to remove makeup. I never had skin problems and didn’t see why others used cleansers. I was given a sample of this cleanser and loved it. I fought the full sized bottle and have been consistently using it to wash my face morning and night. I don’t really notice a difference in my skin as my skin was good prior to using it but I do notice that my skin feels softer and the smell is so soft and lovely. I just purchased my second full sized bottle.

Very gentle on the skin. Doesn't dry out my cheeks. A bit too mild for my T-zone but preferable to being too stripping.

I've used this product for at least 10 years. I really like it. The only thing I don't like is the new bottle. You waste a lot of the product because of the shape of the bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this cleanser for 12 years. Have very dry, sensitive skin. This cleanser is the only I've used that doesn't dry my skin out and takes off my makeup. The new cleanser does not work for eye makeup, specifically mascara, like it used to. Plus, we're getting considerably less product product for the same amount of money. I don't like the new packaging either. They're still quite a bit of product left in the bottle and no way to get it out. The old packaging allowed access to more product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the gentle cleanser for years and was taken aback when I received the new one. Smaller size and packaged poorly! I am disappointed. While I love the product, I will be looking for a better gentle cleanser.

I really like this cleanser and am going to order my second bottle. It feels quite gentle but cleanses my face well, either in the morning, or in the evening, removing make up. It has a mild citrusy smell, which is pleasant. I don't like overpowering smells.

This cleanser cleanses thoroughly, yet gently. My face never feels dry afterward.

I start using it last December and I fall in love. I tried different product and came back to this one. My 3 bottles so far.

I have very sensitive, dry, acne-prone skin. The moment its moisture is out of balance, it breaks out. This cleanser has been really fundamental in keeping my skin clean, but hydrated. I find it also works well as an eye make up remover. For the record, I did not purchase this when it was the larger size, but after it had been reduced. I would love to have more product for the same price, but this product is too helpful for me to not purchase it.

I finally ran out of the old Gentle Cleanser product, and I have now been using this new formulation for a few weeks. Here's the verdict: The good - The new cleanser cleans very thoroughly and gently, without drying out the skin, just like the old product. I am very sensitive to smell, and the light, orange-like smell remains the same. If anything, it may be a bit more faint than it used to be. The not-so-good - The new cleanser costs the same as the old cleanser, but it's a smaller bottle, so you only get about 80% of what you used to get for the same price. The old cleanser was fairly thick, so a little bit went a very long way. The new cleanser is less thick, so you need to use more of it each time. I still like SkinCeutical’s Gentle Cleanser, and maybe new users will rate it more highly. But, when I’m done with this bottle, I’ll be on the search for a different gentle cleanser. I’m disappointed by the changes in this new formulation, and I look forward to finding a new favorite cleanser at a lower price point.

I love the product! It is gentle and effective, like all skinceutical products. However, I miss the old packaging!

I only wear mascara so it's not worth it for me. I like that it doesn't dry my skin but it's pricey and I stopped using it. Even with using more product and washing my face twice, this wash still doesn't doesn't remove anything, only smears the mascara and I end up with the raccoon look.

I find that this cleanser does not work. It does not wash off any makeup. I use Lancome's double wear foundation and this does not remove it. It may be good if you don't wear any makeup, I'm not sure.

I am giving this one star as it did not help my hypersensitive skin. My face was very irritated, inflammed,, itchy, and sore to touch. I used the Phyto Corrective serum which calmed my skin without any type reaction. I do not think I will be using any type of Skinceutical ckeanser because I am afraid my skin will act up.
