Skip Hop Double Play Reversible Playmat

I bought this mat two months ago and it started peeling . Very dangerous and hazardous for baby !!! Shameful for such a brand to be selling products like that. I do not recommend.

The edges of this mat have never flatten. I tripped over it. Do not Buy!!! Poor! Below lowest standards.

My low rating is due to the mat being stained yellow on one of the tops. Not sure what was spilled but even the plastic was yellow. I let company know and nothing has been said to me.

I thought it would be soft and a bit thicker.it feel like a plastic.

We love that this could be flipped to a neutral design, but it has not been durable. Very disappointed since we love the look and the easy cleanup.

I'm using one to mark off a play area for my toddler and one for a play area for my 10-month old. The mats are durable, soft and have such bright and fun designs.! Both kids enjoy looking for animals and fun characters on the mats. Very happy with my purchases and would highly recommend.

I seen this reservable mat on the Skip Hop site and loved the colors so we got it. This has been such a great purchase! It’s easy to vacuum and clean up any spills when they happen. my 3 year old always says it soft when she steps on it. Very happy with this mat.

It’s large enough that he can roll and move around without me being worried he’ll roll off onto the hardwood. It’s also large enough for myself and husband to get on the mat and play. We are in the heavy drooling phase and it is so easy to clean! The fact that it rolls up for storage is a plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one last month and was so satisfied with this product, so I purchased the second immediately. The quality is excellent, comparable with a high-end mat but very affordable.

It’s ok for about 6-7 months! It starts breaking apart. It feels cheap also but you get good use out of it I guess. Looking for a different softer one at the moment.

I purchased this for my daughters room and it is the perfect fit! I love the vibrant colors on the one side and also that it is reversible. It is comfortable and a great amount of squish. My only gripe is that it came with some discoloration in a couple spots.

I have tried everything to get this mat to lay flat on the gray side up. I have put heavy books on it, re-rolled it the opposite way, taped it down, etc. The mat came rolled up and I unrolled it and it will only lay flat in the direction it was rolled, not on the reverse side. So, now it is a tripping hazard in the house, especially with a soon-to-be mobile baby. The edges are lifting and curling no matter what I try.

I really wanted to love this- it was really nice looking, soft, and easy to clean but it did start to get punctures and holes quite soon.

Perfect. Thick, heavy enough that it stays flat but light enough to roll up and put away when not in use. I have one twice the weight for my 5yo’s playroom and it’s a higher density but not nearly as soft. The colors on both sides are lovely and versatile. I can’t attest to the durability because I’ve only had it a couple weeks, but if it lasts through the rolling, sitting, learning to craw phases I believe it will be money well spent!

You can tell the quality is really good and it’s thick and my baby loves it. And I really love the design. I think it’s perfect for boys or girls. I would definitely recommend this!

I bought this mat because it was cute and could flip over to have a neutral design. I also love Skip Hop products. This mat is not durable at all. Immediately it was punctured. Over time mold has now grown on the foam. So disappointed I wasted so much money on this.
