SKLZ SpeedSac Trainer - Black

This is a great product and it's very durable. It's also easily adjustable.

Durable. Great product. So far my clients have loved the SpeedSac and it’s been a great addition to their training.

Definitely a great substitute for the overly priced traditional metal sled! Only problem is that 30lb is the max weight which is not always enough! But all in all great product and very effective.

Belt already broke ☹️ My son used this speed sack to do lateral sprints and the belt broke. We just replaced it with a regular leather belt

This new model is horrible. The previous model was a game changer for my fitness routine when I bought my first one in 2015. This new model only has one usable side, making it difficult to run gassers. The belt swivels behind runners, and you always have to adjust it back to center if you’re running gassers. The previous modes had a better belt with a ring stitched to the center, making it easier to change directions. I do like the all black and black bags over the yellow bags. I bought this me model in July, and left it in a dumpster. I would feel guilty selling this to someone online and wasting their money too. I’m tell everyone interested in a portable and adjustable sled to stay away from this new model.

The Speedsac is STILL the go to tool in our training shed! Nothing else gives us all the trading we need in one product. IT WORKS! It makes us faster, stronger and give us way more agility and quickness than any other product. Get your speed, strength and power right out of the gate. Train with the weights separately and easily build muscle in the field! We live the Speedsac! If you want to see growth and results this is the product! It’s proven.

I just bought this and I have not used it yet but I was wondering what fillings I should get for the little bags inside of the sled. I was not aware that we had to buy the filling and I don't know where to get it. I anyone can send me the link that would be great. I will still give this product 5 stars for now though.

My daughter was very slow with her starts and the added resistance is really starting to show.

I have been using this both on Hard and Clay Courts for tennis and it has worked wonderfully. It is very comfortable around the waist and it appears you can add a fourth bag but I have yet to try that!

As a professional trainer I use this product (12 units) in my speed & agility classes. Two improvements can make it a great product. The mesh side panel separates from the body and the spring falls out of the attachment clip. Replace the mesh side panel with all vinyl, like on the bottom of the unit and provide a stronger attachment clip.

I have to take my team to an off site facility for Indoor Training. The Speed Sacs are easy to transport and use. It allows us to continue our High Level of training and developing our Elite Athletes.

I have purchased 6 of these and will continue to add more. These sacs work well with all age groups and have helped increase our team speed from year to year.

Recieved this as a gift for christmas. This has worked my legs to add the explosive power for that first step.

The variable weight it can hold is great for building up to higher resistances. I use the speedsac for sprinting, backpeddling, and shuffling to build an explosive start in any direction. The product only comes with three 10lb bags, but it can easily fit 50lbs of sand. My suggestion is to tape up a bag of sand if you want more weight.
