I used this recently during the ONNIT 6 duriblity challenge. I fell in love with the pain and release this little ball of hate causes hahaha. Great product. Now if I could just stop my dog from trying to chew it up.

I primarily use this tool on carpet. I haven’t had issues with it breaking down or showing signs of wear. My intentions with this kind of tool are not to use them everyday. This is something I keep in my toolbox and bring out when I want to break up stiffness and tightness in the fascia, soft tissue and muscles.
