Q: Can you pair this base with a lamp shade that has a finial fitting?

A: Hi Letsgotothebeach. Great choice with this lamp! Unfortunately, our small lamp cases do not have a saddle – which is required to use a harp which is how a shade with a finial is attached. I hope that helps! -Maria

Lamp is cute but within a few weeks the socket became wobbly in the base and there’s no way to screw it in tighter. The shade always looks askew now. Not made to last.

It is cream, not white. There is no fitting for the slip Uno to attach a lampshade. It is so narrow that a shade appropriate for its height and diameter knocks it over easily.
