For other neurodivergent families, this is for you. Gamifying cleaning. First habit, put items back, where they belong, everything has a home. Basic rule, easier said than done, add accessible tools. Object permeance applies to people and things, out of sight, out of mind. Keep it simple, helps slow the frequency of adhd tax, financial repercussions of continually replacing items lost indefinitely. Second, we use binds for a quick tidy, to help is think and function, clutter is noisy to our brains. Empty when full, as needed. Store in a room, we frequently use, the pantry. For us, 4 bins. 1 per kid, 1 bin for parents room, and 1 bins miscellaneous spaces. Kids are responsible for their own bin, habit building over perfection. To gamify tidying / emptying bins, set the timer for 5min or 10min. Whatever is not put away, stays in bin for next time. Tricks brain by taking the pressure off, and 9/10 bin is emptied. Sometimes it’s completed with a few min to spare, sometimes it takes them 2x as long. Can’t start and can’t stop situation. Brain hacks for the win. Focusing on just one bin / one space at a time, helps and circumvent the rabbit trails of cleaning, and not finishing initial task of tidying up.

I love these bins. I bought the small size for my kids toys that come in the car, so they have somewhere to put them that isn't on the floor or under my seat. They are easy to clean, sturdy, and the price point is wonderful. Highly recommend if you have toys strewn about your backseat and would like to restore some order back there!

Love these bins and the matching shelves. We used them for our pool house and they were perfect to keep goggles in, pool toys, table clothes, etc.

This collection of storage bins is one of my favorite. The plastic is thick and doesn’t crack as easily as other storage bins I’ve purchased from the brand before. The “stackable” is referring to the bins being able to be stacked for storage, unlike other bins. I am using these to organize my linen closet and the various sizes has been so helpful!
