Q: what's the difference between this and the e-terra model?
A: Hi there! The E-Terra electric sparkling water maker, turns water into sparkling water in seconds with just one touch offering an automated and seamless experience. The three preset carbonation levels allow you to control your carbonation and make your beverage just the way you want it. While you carbonate, a blue light illuminates your water to let you know you it’s bubbling.

Q: Can you recarbonate for more bubbles? If yes, can you recarbonate after flavoring is added?
A: Hi there! We recommend pushing the carbonating button up to only 5 times when using your machine. Once flavoring is added, we do not recommend recarbonating.

Q: Does the bottle screw into the machine or snap in?

Q: How will I know that the CO2 canister is running low?
A: Oh, you’ll know. When low, mine takes more C02 to attain the level of carbonation I prefer. Btw- I’ve had my machine for at least 15 years. Since they first came out and it is still doing great. The newer models may have an indicator.

Q: Can i put other drinks than water in the bottle?
A: You really shouldn’t. I’ve seen people blow the O rings inside that prevents C02 from escaping from the water bottle. When carbonating anything other than plain water, the C02 molecules will adhere to sugars etc and expand them. Same goes with adding the flavorings. Add slowly bc it will spew like a kids science project if that concentrate is added to quickly.
