Q: How do I clean the cloth portion of the cooler is it machine washable? I had some chocolate that melted and it mixed with water spilled out of the lid and got it dirty

I love the convenient of having wheels, it’s less to carry. I don’t like how overtime, the top sinks in… if only the top was more sturdy. Also it doesn’t keep food/drinks cold long enough so I improvised and added their large and medium ice blocks which helps!

I purchased this because we were going on a short trip. I read the reviews and they were mixed so decided to go with this “stylish” cooler. I regretted it the first day of our trip. ALL of our stuff had turned room temperature. We found another target and decided to exchange it for the hard shell Igloo brand with wheels which was cheaper and actually functional. Embark, please fix the issues with this cooler.

The liner is removable to easily dump and clean. Doesn’t keep items super cold but serves it purpose for me. I put my bogg back on top and roll it so my hands aren’t as full. Only negative for me is that the handle doesn’t feel sturdy so hoping it last a few more summers

This cooler is definitely super convenient and meets my pool hopping needs especially well! All the pockets are amazing for packing what I need to grill so I can be hands free. The top drink grab opening was genius for our car ride to the beach this summer! My 1 improvement would be a water valve to empty the melted ice water.

I was really excited when I purchased this lead with disappointment closely after. While the cooler is very attractive looking. It’s crap! if you are using it to go to a remote area and maybe walk more than 5 feet it is not gonna work for you. This thing constantly tipped over and cut the back of my foot several times. It’s not one piece so the bag slips around on the base causing the issue. Stains easily also in tue Sedona red dirt

I order this online for pickup. When I got home I realized that the cooler bag was already dirty and the inside was always dirty! They gave me a returned cooler from another customer and didn’t even bother trying to clean it before reselling it

Convenient, pretty, and functional. I get the mixed reviews, but for the price point these are great! I have camping coolers and even a popular expensive brand one that are great but too big or too hard to open to use in the car and for kids. The flap in the top is genius, the cup holders were so useful, and the rolling functionality allowed us to stack a whole set up and roll it for picnics and through the ballpark easily. If you want rugged and something that holds ice for days, invest in the pricey ones. For car trips and sports, these are our MVPs.

I love the extra pockets on the side! My husband was in and out of the hospital for surgery and doctor appointments. We are most likely always on the go as a family of 4 to be 5 at the time and the cooler had saved us plenty of times! Snacks, drinks, even using it to store our clothes too at the hospital. It's so versatile and I absolutely love this cooler. We have the cream/tan one.Seeing the reviews with bad handles, I can not relate at all, we've used it on so many outings since last summer of 2023 and it's still in really great condition. We often go playground hunt and go on walks so it's been used plenty of times! Haven't really taken any photos, because we're always so occupied when we're on the go, but our most recent photo was just yesterday when we went to a playground AGAIN, see, constantly using and loving it! We got the smaller cooler to stack on top too and it's a game changer! After having baby we used the coolers to help me pump on the go and store breast milk along with drinks and snacks for our toddlers. I love the look and it's served us so well.

I loved the look of this cooler and it was great until I tried to use the wheels. The handle detached from the wheel base and the wheels fell off. Took it back and exchanged it for the same cooler and it happened again. Disappointed because I really loved everything else about it.

This is a great cooler. My family took a 16 hour road trip (with many stops along the way) and this cooler kept our food perfectly cooked.
