If you’re on a food journey of any kind, these are for you. -15G Protein -30G Fiber - 110 Calories -0 Added Sugar They’re dense, but soft/chewy. I can understand the Hawaiian bun reference others have mentioned, but I’d say there’s a big difference. If you aren’t worried about the above listed items I can see where you wouldn’t spend the money, but for my macro friends or those with health concerns I’d pay this all day to have the option.

I’ve been trying to be good eating only lower calorie or high protein foods. I’m so excited I found this, it’s nearly 1/2 the calories of a normal bagel and high in protein and fiber! Tastes great with some whipped cream cheese and Everything Bagel Seasoning. Totally satisfies my craving!
