Solgar Sublingual Vitamin B 12

My blood work before taking this b12 was 300. After 1month of taking 1 pill per day my levels shot up to 800.

Very dry, doesn’t melt under my tongue like others I have used. Very disappointed. Won’t purchase that particular one again.

I purchased these because they are easy to take. They are called micro nuggets, but they are sublingual and easily dissolve under the tongue. I will definitely buy more of them. I wish that Solgar would make more of its products in this format. I cannot take pills. So either something chewable or sublingual is preferable. The only things that I wish is that they were non-GMO project verified, or some sort of third-party non-GMO official verification. In addition, on the bottle I do not see third-party lab tested anywhere. Even though a supplement manufacturer can make claims on their website, having the claims actually on the label is what counts. This dissolves very easily if you are used to taking sublingual vitamins. It takes maybe three minutes or so for it to dissolve. It doesn’t dissolve immediately because it has a coating, which I personally appreciate. I will purchase these again and hope that Solgar makes more micro nugget vitamins and supplements in the future. I would really like to see chromium picolinate as one of these nuggets!

Solgar products are tested and can be trusted to contain what they are supposed to contain - and nothing else. These tiny tabs taste good and dissolve fast under the tongue. I have my B levels tested by my doctor and my levels have returned to normal. Perfect.

Tiny tablet that takes a while to dissolve after putting under tongue. Not a strong flavor at all. Gives a little boost of energy.

This is the best B12 sublingual I've found, as it dissolves quickly and easily under the tongue. Some I've tried just don't melt down and I end up having to chew them. This one is a keeper!

I should be doing the B12 shot but find it difficult getting the B12 into the syringe so I use this as a back up and it helps.

I've tried several B-12 supplements in the past, and found the sublingual form of this B-12 to be most delectable and digestible.

Not only does it taste good, it also provides a slight mood elevation
