Not actually bamboo and the liner is mostly polyester. Instructions say to wash the liner separately from other textiles and it needs to be line dried. What's the purpose of that? I should be able to throw it in with the dirty laundry not need a special laundry cycle and line dry. That's very inconvenient. Assembly is easy. Seems sturdy. That's why 3/5.

I bought the 55L and 90L laundry baskets and they are well made and nice. There are open handles on the side to carry the baskets. Please note that the 55L laundry basket is slim. It fits nicely next to the door in my bathroom. A reviewer mentioned that the screws do not line up. My husband assembled the hamper and did not have a problem with the screws not lining up. They all fit fine. Another reviewer mentioned that the basket smells. I did not experiece any bad smell.
