I got these earphones a month ago and changed from Jabra Elite earbuds. Mainly I use them for work meetings and for listening to music. So my thoughts: - Sound - good, no complains - fitting ear - good, but I have a feeling, that I want to fix the position in my ear in the middle of the meeting - design - amazing - cleaning - I'm not sure if the cushion is a great fit for easy cleaning - app - okey, I don't know, why I need to instal 23 apps to have all the functionality from them - connecting - 50/50 - it connects perfectly with my laptop and phone, but sometimes it seems, that one of the earphones tries to connect with random things when I'm walking in the streets. This is the biggest downside of these earphones

Bought the to supplement my WH-1000XM5s. They are fantastic and with the Sony name, brand quality, product features and overall experience, well worth the investment. There's just one small thing to mention, that is they are quite large for in-ear headphones and it took me a little while to learn how to use the touch functions, other than that I'd highly recommend them

The sound is great, but the noise cancelling is barely audible. Also the bass disappears if the ANC is disabled. The only usable mode is with ANC on.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Sound is exceptional! Microphone works so well for calls. People hear me loud and clear. Even on a busy street. Noise cancelling is very good. Overall they look nice. Looks expensive. Relistening all my favourite songs with new quality. Sound is crisp. Earbuds are very comfortable. Stay in my ears all day no problem. Just don't forget to read manual and watch tutorial how to correctly use them. When it comes to music, SONY IS THE BEST!

From a sound point of view the headphones are great (when paired with my Xperia Pro-I) - as long as the fit is good. I had to get the free replacement (non-foam) ends so fit was tight and the sound and NC improved massively. Not too bassy or tinny - just perfect. I am not sure about glossy finish, they look a bit cheap (same as case) and are slippy. Would be much better to be matte with a slight rough texture to better hold. The xm1 seemed better built - though not as good audiowise, or fit.

They looked great, then you had to download an app, which made you download another app, which made download a further app. I just thought I put them in my ears, turned the Bluetooth on and I’d be sorted…? Then you had to take pictures of your head, then each ear, then move your head up and down in stages for 15mins plus. Like I said, I just wanted to play the music, but it said that to get the best sound you had to jump through all those hoops and sign up to all those app, so if that’s ur bag, well these time-wasting earplugs (which are so top heavy and feel that there about to fall out continuously) are the ones for you - good luck 🤞

Awful, digusting in less then a day, nasty gross fabric like nub. 🤢 SLOW omgg you tap to pause and you might as well make yourself a snack to wait for your music to stop because it takes forever for it to process a skip or ANYTHING. App it forces you to download is USELESS The noise canceling sucks. BTW you CANT clean these buds (yeah the ones you should keep clean to put in your ears daily?) they WILL RIP and fall apart. No absolutely not awful awful headphones you might as well by some cheapo headphones and I'm sure you'd have less problems. Less then a year and these things can hardly hold a charge (if they charge at all because most of the time they just refuse to) They literally drain THEMSELVES you would close the case with them in there and they will STILL connect to your phone I have had to turn off my blue tooth several times because of this. And you could say "Oh you didn't put them back right" I shouldn't have to perform brain surgery every time I put these stupid things away they're supposed to snap right in like LITERALLY EVERY OTHER HEADPHONE EVER. Yeah anyway don't buy these

Note, Ive had WF4 snd 5 for a couple years now. For pros: the sound quality is nice and the general feel of the earbuds are comfy. Cons: theres a big issue with the typical usage of the buds. More often than not, one of the buds goes “offline” where itll play music but the touch functions stop working as it doesnt register them. Then after a while the bud will go dark and not play music at all. I constantly have to put them back into the case to “resync” them. It’s extremely annoying. Id say the noise cancelling could also be a bit better.
