I stopped using my regular menopause supplement to try "Hot Flash". I had done research to find which herbs/vitamins were the ideal mix to relieve hot flashes. I found all three in "Hot Flash". I was excited to see this combination! After using Hot Flash for a month (as recommended to see full benefit) I was terribly disappointed. My hot flashes returned with a vengeance and increased! Really unbearable power surges all day long. The kind that really knock you off your feet. I will not purchase again and have returned to my old stand by and the hot flashes have already diminished.
