My wife was taking these. She stopped taking them. She says they are as big as horse pills and gave her intestinal and menstrual like cramps.

I purchased this because I found myself waking up with hot flashes 6-8 times a night; I've been taking Eternal Woman Hot Flash for about 4 weeks now and it has dramatically helped my hot flashes. Some nights I only wake up 1 or 2 times and other nights I don't wake up with a hot flash. I will most definitely continue to use this product.

I purchased this product 6 months ago when I was having about 4-5 hot flashes per day. Not severe flashes, but uncomfortable and aggravating. Wanted something natural, not hormones. Took 2 tablets per day, and within one week realized I didn't have hot flashes! Tapered down to one pill (they are large pills!), but that dosage didn't work. went back to 2 pills a day. After a while I stopped taking them, thinking my hot flashes were over. Nope, came back. Now still taking 2 pills a day and they work magic!

When I was going through the change.....I used this product exclusively. It worked great. Since it is non-gmo, the soy shouldn't be a problem.

This product helps because when I run out and stop using it the hot flashes are more severe and occur more often. I find if I use it daily, it keeps my hot flashes at a more manageable place.

I had an older lady tell me about this when I was looking for herbal solutions for my hot flashes. She said it works wonders and I agree. It Does!! I rarely have hotflashes that are more than a mild heat wave. I LOVE this product and have told my friends, family and co-workers...many of whom are now using it too.

After reading these great reviews I decided to purchase a bottle for my wife whos hot flashes nearly run me out of bed at times. She took them faithfully 3x a day for the full month. Both of us saw zero change. We are glad it works for some, but did nothing for her at all.

From a woman who has had a perpetual personal summer going on for over 16 years, I have to say this is a product that has finally given me some slight relief from the frequent, daily "whole body burn" flashes that I have suffered with for so long. As long as I take it every day it keeps some of the "HOT" tamped down. I have been taking Hot Flash for about 2 months now and pray that it will continue to provide me with some relief.

My hot flashes went from happening multiple times per day and night, to one every couple of days after a couple weeks of taking Hot Flash. When I ran out of these, I noticed a difference within days. I would absolutely recommend these, along with dietary changes and exercise to mitigate the misery of hot flashes.
