It does seem like I make less bathroom visits on this product. It's helped me more than a variety of other things I've tried for reducing those constant toilet trips. Pretty decent product.

I take this twice a day along with Swanson Saw Palmetto, Dim, and Beta Sitosterol. I am in essence rolling my own prostate formula supplement. If I was to go back to buying a formula product, I'd also buy the Source Natural's one.
