The fact that it is zero sugar makes it a great choice for my family with a history of diabetes. The cinnamon taste is great, but the aftertaste from the artificial sweetener is just too strong for us to get past. I’d love it if I could. It was crunchy and otherwise great, but I’d only recommend it unless you enjoy aftertaste.

This is a really delicious cereal. Kelloggs has really outdone itself here. Protein cereals tend to not soften in milk like normal cereal, this one does and the texture is great. With just the right level of sweetness and great cinnamon flavor, this Protein reach cereal is fantastic addition to any keto-leaning individuals or really anyone who seeks cereal without a ton of empty carbs.

Even if you need specific foods for your diet (since it is advertised as keto) I am not sure if the value is worth it though, as it is pricy compare to other cereals.

When I saw the ingredients had monk fruit and allulose, I was excited. However, it has another main sweetening ingredient, Sucralose that tasted overwhelmingly chemically and not in a good way. I tried the cereal dry and with milk and it didn’t make this chemical Sucralose taste any better. I cannot recommend this based on this alone.

I have tried many high protein type products like this before and this one is really good. Usually there’s a weird after taste with no added sugar /high protein cereals, bars, etc and this does not have that weird aftertaste to me. It’s really good! You can definitely taste that it’s a healthy cereal but they did a great job giving it cinnamon flavor as well. Very impressed!
