The set features a backflow protector to stop Breast Milk from backing up into the pump motor, keeping your milk free of contamination. If double pumping, you'll require purchasing two 20mm Breast Flange Sets. We recommend replacing your parts every 3-4 months for optimal use.

A: Hi JessMF. If the item hasn't been used and in-line with Target's return and exchange policy you can exchange the 20mm Spectra Wide Breast Shield Set for the 24mm set.

Q: What actual size is this? The product description says “M/20mm”, the photo shows “XL/20mm”, but an actual Spectra 20 mm flange is a Small. Target, please correct the info/photo.

No other choice if you want this size, but why does it come with another tube? You can just snip off the end of a warped tube, no need for a new one.

This set is for 1 side only, so if you plan to double pump then make sure you buy 2!! Haven’t used it yet, but giving 3 stars since it’s a pretty significant cost at $50 for 2 sets to get a different size than what Spectra offers with the pump. Kind of frustrating, and not super clear without reading all the details that you only get parts for one side. I guess I took set to mean coverage for both sides, my mistake but want to help others avoid the unpleasant surprise ahead of time.

Nice replacement for all the parts. The smaller size is definitely worth getting over the massaging inserts in the larger flange. It's nice that the flange is dishwasher safe too.

Everything works great and I was happy with the purchase I just wish it was more affordable. This is for one set so you need to buy two. I wish Spectra let you choose the size you wanted when you buy the pump. I would like to buy another set so I’m not constantly washing but it’s too much money.
