Q: Does this come with the silicone membrane that fits into the back flow protector?

A: Hi Diedre! Yes. The silicone membrane fits right in the middle of the large case and small case backflow protector pieces. Make sure to properly seat each piece. You'll know by hearing the "click" during assembly.
