Sports Research Sweet Sweat Arm Trimmers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm new to the whole trimmer scene, so I was a bit intimidated. But these seem to be fairly straightforward to use and overall pretty comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sweet Sweat Arm Trimmers are a great workout accessory. They fit around the bicep well as they are adjustable and also move very well while being worn. The compression from the trimmers make my workouts more advantageous. The gel is a nice plus as is the bag provided to hold them or to wash them in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This arm trimmer works well, I just don’t like the fact that it itches after each use and it may be because of the sweat but overall they seem to work ok!

These arm bands are just as awkward as you think they will be. But, they also make the hugged part of your arm sweat. If you were like "I dunno, they seem hard to use" well, yes, but... if you want that part of your arm to sweat while you work out, then you buy them. Everyone is pretty much used to spandex or compression on their legs and abs, but the arm thing is new. You get used to it/ understand how it works for you. 4 stars because of how it's a learning curve to get them on; would be cool if they were a slip-on sleeve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking to feel good for my upcoming wedding and snagged these arm trimmers to help. They feel weird at first but after the first workout, I hardly noticed them. The product notates which trimmer goes to which arm which is helpful. What I really like is the small bag to store/wash the product. This is to preserve them. Looking forward to continue wearing them and seeing results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit they feel a little weird on. I do CrossFit so we do a lot of workouts that involve the biceps. With these on, I feel like they are restricting some movements. They do make my biceps a lot more sweaty though so maybe they are working? However I can’t see myself using these while working out. At least not for CrossFit! Might be worth trying though for exercise that you don’t use your arms as much…

When working out, I simply put these on & they provide thermal compression to the bicep area promoting an additional increase in heat and sweat during exercise. They are contoured to fit around your bicep comfortably and naturally flexible to adjust to your size and shape. Work great and I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These arm trimmers seem to run slightly small. I have relatively thin arms but after having 5 kids and not doing any working out I am a bit more flabby than i previously was. I would start out with a slightly bigger size to start with

I've noticed my arms are looking more trim and smooth, which makes me very happy. They are easy to use and comfortable to wear while you are working out! I notice I sweat so much more with these on, which makes me excited for even more weight loss results.

Once you do get them on, they feel almost too tight while working out. They were not comfortable the many times I used them while working out. I didn’t notice too much of difference in my arms. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you think of exercising you typically think of being uncomfortable but these arm trimmers are very comfortable. It's easy to adjust to your comfort level. I wear them while I work and exercise. The results start right away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an interesting product. I have a degree in Biochemistry so a strong science background with many family members that are practicing MDs. Physiologically I really don't get this. You put a wrap on the area and it makes you sweat more? Therefore helps trim the area where the wrap is. More data and evidence is needed to show that his is actually what is happening. Too many times claims are made with little validation, especially with a 3rd party validation. Also, it would take time with a side by side study of individuals who are doing the same exercise routine without the wrap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since getting older my arms have definitely lost it's firmness. I try to workout to help keep my body in as best of health as I possibly can. Using these arm trimmers have helped with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of the Sweet Sweat waist trainer so I was very excited to try out the arm trainers. They are effective but a little more prominent when wearing them out and about making them harder to cover up. I would probably just wear them during my workouts or around the house
