Excellent, especially if you like French mints (not mint flavor, but the texture and consistency of French mints). To me, these taste nothing like red velvet cake, and these candies have nothing to do with cupcakes (other than being distributed by a company that specializes in cupcakes). But these chocolates are EXCELLENT. Pricey, but excellent.

These taste so artificial. I don’t taste cream cheese OR red velvet at all! It’s just a bad, artificial sweetness flavor. Not even remotely what I was expecting. I can hardly tell the difference between this one and their milk chocolate variety.. all of these Sprinkles chocolates just have the same artificial flavor, I wish I wouldn’t have bothered with these. You can get such good chocolate for the same price.

These taste just like the real thing! I’ve had more Sprinkles red velvet cupcakes that I’d like to admit and this flavor is right on. Just one thing—these are TINY. Like the size of a half dollar. While it’s great for a little sweet treat, I probably will only get them for a special occasion or to fix a serious Sprinkles craving given the price and the size.

I was a little skeptical to try a red velvet chocolate that is not in a cake form or a cupcake form, but this chocolate blew my mind. First I loved it. The size is more compact and the sugar content is 7 g per serving. It is a perfect little sweet treat to enjoy on the go or as a snack. The taste is really good. It has a red velvet taste that is very smooth in your mouth. It melts in your mouth. The cream cheese is also very smooth and tasty and I will be trying other flavors. If your favorite peanut butter cup and a cupcake had a baby then that would be this! Sprinkles Chocolate Red Velvet Cupcake Cups are one of the best sweet treats I've had in a while.
