The fresh scent neutralizes odors without the bleach smell. Use this non abrasive formula to sanitize a variety of surfaces, including porcelain, chrome, enamel and synthetic marble. Never touch an icky toilet brush again: disposable scrubbing pads conveniently pop off into the trash so you can toss the mess every time. This super value pack gives you 10 extra refills (2). (1) Vs. a toilet brush and Clorox manual toilet bowl cleaner. (2) Compared to Clorox ToiletWand 20ct Refills.Usage Directions: To Clean: Open pouch of disposable cleaning heads and push handle straight down onto cleaning head unit until it clicks into place. The quality has gone down. I purchase a large quantity of refills and the scrubber detaches from the wand. I’ve had this happen to at least 5 different pads. Very frustrating. They use to be great.

The toilet wand heads are coming right off. I went through 5 wand heads to try and clean my toilet and every single one of them the sponge part popped right off and I had to fish it out of the toilet.

This product makes plenty of suds and the wand makes it easy to clean around and under the rim of the toilet, helping to keep odors away. However, it does no better than other toilet cleaners to fight the ring around the bowl at water level.

If I could rate them zero I would! The plastic part detached from the scrubbing part before I could even scrub two seconds in the toilet. Had to fish the scrubber out. Back to the toilet scrubbing brush for me. I have zero desire to fish around in the toilet for a product that doesn't work!

Similar to other reviews, I have used this product for years without any issues. Now, every single one I use falls apart. I thought it might have just been a faulty box, but we have been through 3 packages now and they continue to fall apart. I am beginning to look for an alternative brand unless Clorox can explain why this is happening and when it will be resolved.

Is it just me this is happening to? I'm on my third consecutive package of these wand heads and they are consistently falling apart while I'm scrubbing the toilet. I don't think I'm scrubbing aggressively to promote the pad layers from separating, but I usually end up using three of these for one cleaning. I will say that their customer service number was helpful and provided a full refund (check...NOT a voucher for another product). The only reason I bought another package was because the customer service rep claimed that the lot number of heads I called about were apparently defective. Regardless, I'm fairly certain it's just a crumby product. I wouldn't recommend 😩

I have 3 bathrooms in my home and have used these for many years, I am now having problems with the cleaning pads falling apart and have to “fish” them out of the toilet. I am very disappointed. I keep them in each bathroom and have wasted money on refills for each toilet that don’t work.

This might sound gross, but I use a clean one first for the bathroom sink, then I clean the shower with it. I then clean the floor around the toilet base. Finally, I clean the toilet bowl. The amount of cleaning solution is sufficient for all of these tasks.
