Got this after our yoga ball hit the dust. This is huge from other brands in this size, we actually use the ball for our baby who needs a bit more stimulation to fall asleep. We bounce him on the ball, so not being use in its intended use, but works well and is thick.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us. Often times the ball is under-inflated. The ball height 75cm or 29.53 inches. If you only inflate the ball until it is firm it is probably not at its full capacity. Please keep in mind that exercise balls are inflated to size, not pressure. Please note that our balance balls may take a few days to fully inflate. You may have to inflate your ball the first day, allow the material to stretch for a few hours before filling the ball with more air, and repeat until the ball reaches its proper size/height. Some tips to inflate a balance ball to the correct size: a. Before inflating, measure and mark the ball's maximum diameter (height off the floor) on a door or wall using a sticky note. b. When the ball’s height reaches the mark you made on the wall, quickly insert the plug into the ball. Compare the ball's height to the mark you made on the door or wall – if they match, your ball is now ready to use. Use a yardstick if available. We do not recommend over-inflating the ball. During the process, aim for the size and do not worry about the ball bursting as it does quite a bit of stretching. We hope these tips helped. I bought the larger one, but it was a little too big. This one is a great size for both myself and my daughter. However it doesn’t seem to blow up all the way. But it works for what we need it to do.

We chose the 65cm ball based on size guidelines and after less than a year with the ball, it BURST! Not only did it burst but it did while my husband was sitting on it with our 10-week old baby! Thankfully no one was hurt. But we specifically bought an exercise ball that said anti burst and are furious this happened.

Even with the plug sealed tight, it leaks air terribly. I was having to add air to it daily. Now at a month old, it doensn't even hold all day any more. Great price, but I guess you get what you pay for :-/

This exercise ball is trash! It leaks air and you have to fill it up every time you want to use it. Spend the extra money and buy a name brand ball that actually holds air
