ZIVA Anti-Burst Core Exercise Ball

Doesn't inflate to anywhere near the size it's supposed to be. I should have read the reviews more carefully to see that all of the good ones were "part of a promotion" which I guess means the good rating was paid for? I'll be more careful in the future.

The pump just doesn't work. It lets as much air out as it puts into the ball. Even when it was as inflated as I could get it (85% maybe), it was clear that even fully inflated it wouldn't be large enough to sit on with my knees at a 90 degree angle. I bought the 65cm as recommended for my height (5'8''), but now will be buying a 75cm of a different brand as my knees were up far too high.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great exercise ball! I choose the 65 inch exercise core ball because I am a fairly large man. This ball works great with working my core. Also great to use while gaming. This ball was slightly hard to inflate to 65inches, using hand pump.

Great for your back, put against a wall and roll it up and down, or put under you on the floor and roll it. The grandkids love to play with this ball. They don't understand it's an exercise ball, they just see fun. Lol.

I’ve tried other exercise balls in the past and they lack the stability that I need. The Ziva ball is very sturdy and stable. The ball provides great support. It’s a well constructed ball and stays put where I need it. It’s great for yoga and physical therapy. I’m very impressed and I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a little God send to myself and Son! I suffer from siatica nerve pain so regular chairs a lot of times cause me to go numb and hurt. I had read that these make a great alternative for sitting at a desk which I work from home so it's perfect. It doesn't roll out of place and is a very thick durable ball. It has decreased the feeling of pressure I have in my back and hips. Huge win for this Mom. It came in a box deflated but it had all the right tools for me to inflate it. The instructions were extremely simple to follow and surprisingly it only took about 2 or 3 minutes to inflate. Shocked me considering it comes with a small hand pump. The quality of the ball is great. We've had it over a month and it has held up really well. I haven't had to put anymore air in it since i blew it up. My son bounces on it at least one a day for any where between 10 to 20 minutes at a time as well for just play & activity. Win and win!

Instructions were simple. You do need to inflate and wait for it to stretch for several hours before using. I'm hoping this will be an easier low impact way to tone my core. So far so good.

This is really a Professional Grade Yoga Ball , it is slip resistant which is very helpful to newbie’s, a large exercise ball and such a cute color of Turquoise. Sometimes training and working out becomes just so- so , however there series of CHIC equipment makes it more enjoyable. This core fitness ball is very handy for your core strength it routines, a comfortable core strengthening seat to work with add it don’t slip out from under you. I leave this one in my living room and use it while watching my tv programs. I could feel the difference with this one. And such a beautiful color too. It even comes with it own hand held pump.
