My cat really loves this. I think that it’s a perfect play toy for your cat who loves to run around chasing things. I also like that it comes with cat nip to add into the ball. It attracts the cat to the ball more!

This is a fun and cute cat toy. I like how you can change out what goes in the center. It holds the cat nip inside very well. The holes in the top helps to appeal to the kitties senses. It is a unique toy. The kitties like that it rolls, which makes it more interesting to them. I gave it 4 stars because my kitties played with it the first day but seem bored by it now. I think I will take the cat nip out and hide it for a few days and reintroduce it to them to see if they find it interesting again. The plastic is a nice weight and the cardboard is sturdy as well. All in all, it is worth a try.

My cat loves playing with balls and loves her scratch pads, so I figured she would enjoy this toy, but it seems to be a bit of a miss for her. The toy wobbles around (versus rolling) due to the lopsided design. This set comes with the ball toy which has a removable top to fill up the inside via the included canister of catnip. This was easy to fill with catnip. If your cat likes catnip and playing with toys, I still think adding this into their playtime routine is worthwhile.

I had a suspicion/hope that this would be a great toy for my kitten. She loves cardboard and things she can bat around. I filled it with catnip, and placed it in the middle of my kitchen floor (my kitten's favorite play space). She sniffed it and then disappeared into her tunnel. I tried batting it around on the floor to catch her attention, but I did find the cardboard ultimately stopped it from wobbling. I ultimately picked it up and put it outside one of the entrances to my kitten's tunnel. Within seconds, she was reaching out to grab the ribbons and pom poms on top. So she enjoyed that aspect of it, but she has not warmed up to the carboard or wobble aspect of it yet. Knowing her, she will play with it non-stop when she gets that burst of kitten energy in the middle of the night.

So fun and cute cat toy from Boots & Barkley. It comes with catnip to fill in the middle and my cats are loving it. It rolls around and has the scratching pad in the middle to keep them entertained. Perfect for your catnip scratching kitties.
