The machine is of heavy and solid construction which helps make for it’s very smooth operation that is immediately evident when you use any of it’s many functions/work out routines. The flywheel is smooth and the magnetic resistance is easy to operate enabling non jerky resistance changes. The seat glides on the rail making rowing for a smooth full body workout. …and when I had issues with the flywheel (possibly working or wearing out) they couldn’t fix it so they sent a new machine.

Loved it. Started making noises, straps/belts inside changing tension on their own, handle to rower would move when biking, then stopped working. All in 3mos.

Shipped within a few days. Arrived with good packaging and manageable pieces easily carried to assembly location. Assembly was easy with all tools provided. Enjoying this machine.

I have had this for a little over a year. The pedal bearings wore out, and manufacturer won’t send parts to repair. I am very disappointed that what could be a decent product wore out in such a short time and manufacturer won’t repair or send parts.

My husband wanted to purchase a rowing machine and in researching some machine I came across this one from Stamina. I liked that the machine was also a recumbent bike as well as being able to use the handle for multiple other workouts. I have had over a month and right now am specifically using the row/bike function. I really like this machine. It does take a bit of time to assemble and make sure to throughly read the instructions. I do recommend that anyone new to a rower check out some video on YouTube. I used a rower at a gym once or twice in the past, thinking I was doing it correctly. However I was wrong. There are instructional videos on proper form and workouts. So far I cannot complain. Easy to use and move. Thanks Stamina for getting me back on the path to a better me.

All seems to be ok but have not been able to get the pulse function to work ever since I got this thing and resistance does not seem to vary much...

Recumbent Rower not very good

Purchased this rower/bike back in February, and it looked good at first glance, but the rower had a noticeable "clunk" on each pull. The handle on the rower was too short and my hands kept slipping off. The seat creaked and the electronic panel wasn't very good. I called stamina customer service but they were not helpful and slow to respond. Oh, and I forgot, it took 2-3 hours to assemble!

A combo unit gives a good upper and lower body workout. The seat may not work for people under 5'3" for the recumbent bike as they may not properly reach the pedals.

I work from home and wanted an exercise item that could get me moving. This combo row/bike does the trick. I use it when I get tired from sitting too much at the computer. The rowing really helps my tired hands from typing and computer work. I can use it as a form of exercise while the gyms are closed due to Covid and when it is too hot or cold outside. Rather than grabbing a cup of coffee to keep me alert around 3 PM - I now choose a 15 min row or bike break. This machine is quiet so I can even get in a quick news brief or YouTube tutorial. I took away one star as it is supposed to be easily folded away and movable. It is neither especially when you are on carpet. I leave mine in one location because the folding and moving of this item is not easy as described in the promotional video.

This is a well-made product with excellent customer service. The frame was bent on the first unit I received, so they sent me an entirely new product. I get the workout I want at home and I couldn't be happier. I've been riding and rowing for a total of 45 minutes at a time. It's a solid workout, and I can read or watch something while riding. I'm 5'10" tall. My husband is 6'7". The rower/bike works for us both. I am very happy with the investment and recommend it to anyone.

Ok for heart zone 2-3 but difficult to reach zone 4. Not enough resistance. Also uncomfortable seat and too short for 6'2+.
