I was sold a used iron. There were water droplets in the water reservoir and the iron would not turn on. I had never used it. The iron was only $9.99. Target should do a better job looking at returns. I was sold upset that I threw it in the trash. I bought it about 3weeks ago and was afraid to return because I didn’t want to be accused of returning a used item. Never again.

Also received an iron that was obviously used before. I wouldn’t care as long as it worked. It does not turn on… this was a pickup item. I’m more mad that I have to make another trip to the store now.

This iron is pretty basic but I can’t complain because it gets the job done and the price is affordable. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t get that hot as I would like it too. But if you’re looking for something quick and affordable this would be that.

First of all I decided to buy this one based on all the positive reviews on the Target website. I purchased it in store. Got home, opened the box to make the discovery that this had been quite obviously used and returned. There were water droplets in it and condensation. I was not happy about it, but I decided to wipe it clean and put it to the test, I had a couple items that were in dire need of ironing. Well, let me just say, I don’t know what everyone else is ironing with this. It did nothing for me. Wrinkles were still wrinkling. Only thing it did effectively was give me carpal tunnel syndrome and make me sweat like a horse from having to run it through over, and over and over again. In the end the clothes looked the slightest less wrinkled. I returned it.

Used and leaks. Condensation was already in the iron upon opening. Once water was placed inside, it began leaking immediately on the clothing.

How is it possible that last reviewer said hers was used and had water in it and when I opened my box my iron had water droplets inside the tank. How is it possible I get the same used iron. I will complain. Stupid me I thought wow thise water tank is fancy and has sparkles. No it’s water droplets. This review is basically for Target selling used product otherwise this compact iron is just what I was looking for. Target gets 1 but iron 5 stars.
