Standard/Queen Soft/Medium Performance Side Sleeper Memory Foam Bed Pillow - Threshold™: Contour Design, CertiPUR-US, OEKO-TEX Certified

I figured I'd use this pillow for a while before writing a review. I bought two of these pillows a year ago and they are still going strong. They are still firm and I would buy them again. $30 used to be considered too high of a price for pillows (in my opinion), but considered I've had these for a year and they aren't flat at all, I would say the price is fair. I do have my own pillow case over the zippered case, which I wash and dry frequently. I also wash the zippered case everyone now and then and spray lavender spray on my bedding to help keep things clean, and the pillows still remain neutral in smell. From someone who has had these pillows for a year and who is NOT receiving an incentive to write a review, trust me when I say it will not hurt to try out this pillow if you like something a little firmer and something that will not go flat. 😊

This pillow is so great that my partner stole it from me and I have to order another one. Perfect thickness and firmness and I can also lay on my back occasionally without it being uncomfortable.

The BEST $30 I have ever spent. So firm, doesn't shift or bunch like my last pillow. I love the contour, I can actually use most of the pillow rather than just the lower corner. My head doesn't sink down in the pillow like other pillows so I don't feel like I'm going to suffocate. If you're a side or side/stomach sleeper, this is money well spent!

Why is every single company so bad at pillow classification? I tried this one and a Firm one, this one claims to be Soft-Medium but is Medium or Medium-Firm and the one claiming to be Firm was Soft or Soft-Medium. So the Firm one was the Threshold gel one. I really like the texture of gel foam more. This is the classic stiffer memory foam but a decent quality for the price so not too hard, has just enough give, but not a ton of sink, and I really like how the shape feels for neck support. I am 5'5" and I used to always have a 5 inch pillow but at some point it just become not sufficient and 6 inches is now my perfect height for side and back sleeping. I have tried the Malouf shoulder cut out pillow and it was a very premium gel foam, weighty and dense, extremely comfortable. But it was also huge and unmoveable. The size of this pillow is much more manageable. So not perfect but seems like it will suit my needs in place of being unable to find the perfct gel foam pillow.

Very soft and does work well for me as a side sleeper. No smell either.

Not quite firm enough

This has helped out so much. I love this pillow so much. As others reported, it does have scent initially, but it was gone with a few days. I am not kidding when I say this is the best pillow I’ve ever had. The spot for my shoulder is perfect and I love the tapered sides.

I hve used this shape pillow in the past, and loved it. If someoe from Target reads these reviews. PLEASE have a manufacture make this style pilliow in Non Memebery Foam I do not like to sleep on memory foam, plus the terribe order NEVER goes away.

I love everything about this pillow except for sleeping on it! The shape is great for a side sleeper, the cover is extremely well made, it is comfortably soft and firm at the same time BUT when my head is resting on it while lying on my side, it raises my head up too high which causes my neck to hurt. I may try sitting on it for a few days to see if I can break the foam in, because I really like, and had high hopes for, this pillow!

It is a decent side sleeper memory foam pillow. The shape is nice and contours to the body. The material feels like it's good quality and sturdy enough to last for a year+. Although my main complaint is the new factory smell. It was so strong that I could sleep with it the first night. Air it out at least a few nights before sleeping with it.

I have mixed reviews on this pillow. I am a side sleeper and this does a great job supporting your head and neck. Perfect size indent for your shoulder. Support is fantastic and the pillow is not too soft or firm, holding its shape. This pillow is larger than what I expected. My problem being during the night I will turn and lay in my stomach. When doing so, my head is too high and my neck hurts. This makes me grab a different pillow or just move this one to the side. As a side sleeping pillow 5 stars!! As a pillow only 4 as I can’t use it all night.

This pillow is heavy. Heavy duty. Does not lose its shape no matter what you do to it. Its solid but pliable. Very nice for a bad neck. I like using it and would definately recommend it to family and friends

So far this has been a great pillow. The cutout for your neck allows my head and shoulders to align and lay better in my 2 pillow setup. This leads to much better sleep quality and what I guess is less snoring since I am not woken up in the middle of the night and told to shift around. The pillow is made with a soft, medium-density memory foam that conforms to my head and neck perfectly. The only con I have for the pillow is that even though covered with a soft, breathable fabric it sometimes feels hot on my head before I fall asleep. But that could just be that I have an abnormally hot sleeping head. It's not enough to make me sweat or keep me awake its just a different feeling from my previous pillow.

My husband and I both wanted to try this pillow since we're both side sleepers and needed new pillows. This pillow is super comfortable and ideal for side sleeping. I've gotten a good nights rest with this pillow and I don't wake up with a sore neck or shoulders. I also really like the stuffing inside the pillow, so it's not too soft or too firm.

Love this pillow! I am a side sleeper and have problems with my hips hurting when I sleep. This pillow has been a life changer. The pillow is so soft but I put a regular size pillow case over it just to keep it clean. It does have a little bit of a smell when you take it out of the wrap, however when you let it air out for a little while it goes away. This pillow is great for your legs/hips but is also nice to lay against while on your side. You need it!!!

Great for side sleepers. The indentation gives support to my neck and back. Cover is well made and easy to remove. Memory has a short memory- springs back quickly. Low density foam so not overly firm. Breathable holes throughout.

I get terrible sleep due to sleep apnea. I sleep on my stomach or side, never on my back. I wanted to try this pillow out to see if it helped with my sleep situation. After sleeping with it for 3 nights, there is no noticeable difference between this and my regular pillows. I also still required 2 pillows to sleep comfortably. The firmness was good and despite what it looked like, it did fit my standard pillow case covers and cases.
