We tend to get little gnats around spring time & we also had forgotten to wash some fruit as soon as we got it so we had a few fruit flies around the kitchen. I turned this on, set it on a timer & by the next morning I only maybe saw one still flying around. I turned it on a second day and didn’t see anymore after that. It’ll really come in handy spring/summer.

I used to use fly traps back in the day and it’s so annoying when they stick to everything but what you want it to. This is seamless not an eye sore to look at it and work effectively I think!

I let it run for 24 hrs and it sucked in a few of those annoying little buggers. It's not even peak season for them yet, so I can't wait to see how it does then.

It’s easy to use and doesn’t rely on chemicals, which I love. It’s easy to maintain and keep clean. I really love how long the cord is as well. I do find it a little pricey and bulky though.

I like how it’s a small device and can be moved and plugged in anywhere in your home. It is easy to use and remove the glue trap and replace. On the top of the device it has a display with the on/off, timer and fan speed. It has UV light with attracts the insects. The glue traps are free of insecticide. The device is not loud and the fan can be adjusted for speed.

The fan itself is quiet and gentle, not overpowering or annoying by any means. It catches the flies that we have issues with (the annoying black bug house flies that come in every single time the door opens). We live in a small house and I feel as if it works well in our living room and dining room areas. It is also attractive so I have no issue with this on our side table.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great effective and somewhat compact bug zapper that is sure to get the bugs zapped. It is quiet, lightweight and good for medium to large spaces. It has multiple features like the zapper plus stick tape for the inner bottom surface of the container. I left it out for a couple hours. Saw some bugs flying around and didn’t see them again. I didn’t hear any. Sounds or think it zapped any bugs but it definitely still kept the bugs away. I also like that you can select different running times. I would recommend that its good quality for the price.

The size is a bit large and I wish you could run it without an outlet. Also the trap collects dirt along with the bugs so it doesn't last quite as long as I would like

I’ve run it for 12 hours two days in a row and have only caught what looks like cat hair on the sticky pad. It’s louder than I expected, on par with our dishwasher or air fryer level of noise. It’s not huge so not entirely intrusive but does take up a lot more space than I anticipated. I think in the future I’d buy the plug ins from Stem versus this machine.

But when it comes to actually catching insects, especially flies, it just didn’t live up to the hype. It did catch a few fruit flies, but that’s about it. It didn’t attract any flying insects like I hoped it would. I really wish they had included something with a scent or lure inside to help draw the bugs in. Without that, it just kind of... sits there. Please, STEM—do something that actually works. I can’t stand having flies around, and this unfortunately didn’t solve the problem. Gifted.

The fan that stays on to suck the bugs in isn’t annoying. I feel safe with it on near my pets. Only downside is that for the light to attract the bugs, you have to have all the other lights off. Overall it’s a perfect hassle-free and chemical-free way to get rid of bugs! I’m happy with it!

I have let it run for days and days and checked the little patch that comes with it and there is nothing in there and I know that most people would say oh that’s great. You don’t have any unwanted visitors in your house but I mean there should be something there are some little hairs in there but other than that, no bugs
