A: You can't have 4 measurements, only 3: width, length, and height; or width, length, and depth.

A: The volume of an individual totes is 962 1/2 cubic inches. These totes are not rated in quart/ gallon capacity.

I was excited to get this exact size and when I got it home, I noticed that the dimensions are 10.4 x 13, not 11 x 14 as it says on the label.

The Large Clip Box's dimensions listed on our website and labels are the measurements taken from the widest points of the product, typically the lid or top, and include any protrusions such as latches. Inside bottom dimensions are smaller as the product tapers downward. This is the universal method for measuring housewares. The listed dimensions are correct, and the outside dimensions measure: 14" L x 11" W x 3 1/4" H, while the interior dimensions at the bottom measure: 12" L x 9 5/8" W x 2 7/8" H. I've bought a couple of these boxes over the years and I absolutely love the size of them. They'll hold a ream of letter size paper perfectly! If you have several different colors of paper, each color into a box and they'll stack and store nicely!!

I used this clip box along with a few others to organize my 3 year old's play room and they worked like a dream! He can open and close them all by himself, which alone is a winner. They're holding puzzle pieces, play-doh accessories and miscellaneous stuff that I don't want laying around. I was perviously using trays but these boxes work so much better. Sturdy, and I've had no problems!
