Never even opened the box, as it was clear from how I received it someone had already returned the item and manhandled it. You could hear loose screws rolling around inside. Why would the company send a package like this out? This is a repeat theme with them if you read other reviews.

Cute chair, it matches our dining room. Complaint #1: it’s difficult to get our baby in and out of the chair, whether the tray is on or not. Especially if his knee or knees are bent. Such a hassle getting him in. Complaint #2: no silicone anything sticks to the tray Complaint #3: I bought the tray separately, around $70 Complaint #4: getting the tray on and off is a hassle Complaint #5: it’s not high enough to reach the counter where silicone based plates could stick. It’s exactly the height of the dinner table and nothing sticks to it either Complaint #6: I have a low functioning $400 high chair that as been a total waste of money. Complaint #7: harness is just impossible to deal with. I like the adjustable foot rest and ease of cleaning. I do not recommend this product.
Damaged product and not even packaged

This has to be a joke that Target would ship an item that isn’t even repacked (hardware and items were loose in the larger shipping box), visibly damaged and didn’t even care to close the packaging. I called customer service for a replacement and I need to bring this back to the store for a return and for the replacement item to be issued. Exactly what I want to be doing while preparing for a new baby. This is unacceptable and a huge inconvenience.

I’ve only had this a few days, but so far I love it. Was pretty easy for my husband to set up. I’ve read reviews about how the straps are a pain to adjust, but so far we are sticking the 2 year old in the chair and just not using the straps, and having no issues. I like that the chair can be pulled up to the table and especially that the footrest is so adjustable for when the kids grow so that the kids are sitting with correct/safe eating posture. Our kid wasn’t wanting to sit in his Graco high chair anymore but likes eating with us at the table in this high chair. I also like that the chair has a 300 lb weight rating so adults can use it (once adjusted) if needed as a chair.

I upgraded to this seat from a Chicco high chair, then from an Ingenuity Booster seat. I hated the recline on the Chicco as my LO was never able to sit up straight, and the Ingenuity started to get ridiculously hard to clean and the tray was as low as her lap. The Tripp Trapp allowed me to bring my LO to the table with us (no tray) and she has a place to keep her feet flat. This thing is an absolute breeze to clean (especially with the use of an apron over my LO, to also cover the front of the chair. I absolutely love the high chair; it's the perfect height for our kitchen table, it looks good at the table, she sits up well and seems comfortable. The straps are a little difficult to change but once you have the right setting for them it's a breeze.

I had the Clikk but I returned it for this one because I wanted him to be able to grow with it and so happy with that choice. Baby loves his chair! He will sit there for a while. It’s perfect in height too, he enjoys being at eye level when we’re having dinner. Sturdy, doesn’t take too much space. Very sleek. Overall, def recommend.

This seat is so cool. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing but it offers so many features! The neutral tones will allow it to be a staple piece of furniture for years to come. The newborn seat attachment is a really nice feature to incorporate the child from birth. My son is nearly 5 months, over 14 pounds and close to sitting up so he does not like to lay in the reclined position for very long. I wish we would have had this chair early on as I think he would have happily laid in the newborn seat while we made and ate dinner, folded laundry, etc. The newborn seat is super easy to attach to the chair and I love that it can lay flat or reclined based on the child’s age and needs. I like that the cover can be removed to wash and is a nice neutral grey tone. I did not like the hanging arm for a suspended toy. It is too short and I am not sure what kid of toy would actually fit hanging from the arm without resting on the child. It has been nice having our son seated at the dinner table with us and will make for an easy transition as he is ready to eat solid foods in the child seat. We are looking forward to our son growing into this chair with the child seat and as a toddler chair. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this high chair.

I received the Stokke Tripp Trapp and newborn set from Stellar Product Testing Panel last week and am already obsessed. As an exclusive pumping mama I really wish I had this set-up from day one. It would have been a lot easier to pump and feed my baby simultaneously! And my neck and back would have thanked me. I was able to build the Tripp Trapp chair in less than 30 minutes while watching TV. It was so nice not to have to go to the garage and find the tools I needed or ask my husband for help. Next the install of the newborn seat took literal seconds. The chair tucks completely under our kitchen island and our little is now able to join family meals and watch me cook in the kitchen while playing with a toy hanging from the toy bar attachment. I don’t have to constantly turn around to see if she’s doing okay on her playmat. The incline is very easy to adjust as well! I can’t wait to purchase the baby set and tray because our solids journey is right around the corner. I just love that this high chair will last years to come. My boss told me her kids still fight over who gets to use it at meals and they are 3 and 4 years old.

I received a Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair with newborn set through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, for use with my baby. I actually already had a Tripp Trapp from my daughter, who is now almost 4 years old. So even as I received this one complementarily, I have paid in full for one previously. Which is to say, please trust I mean it when I say the Tripp Trapp is worth the price. While we already had a Tripp Trapp, this Stellar Panel is our first time with the newborn set, and it came at just the right moment. My son is 4 months old and cleared for light solids. Feeding a young baby is generally a mess--they're sitting on your lap, they're squirming, oatmeal is dripping down their chin and onto the floor. So I've loved that the newborn set makes this process easier. And an easier process with a baby is instantly a more joyous one, as you can focus on the fun part and not on the challenging part. The newborn seat is easy to pop on, is secure once it's on, appears comfy for baby, and looks and feels nice--bringing him right to the table with the rest of the family. From here, I absolutely *know* I will continue using the Tripp Trapp with him. I know this because we still use our first Tripp Trapp with our daughter, these multiple years later. It has served us well, from those early days with the baby seat and food tray (thank goodness it's so easy to remove and clean that tray!), to the milestone-feeling days where you adjust the seat to reflect your growing child's new height. I love that, at almost 4 years old, she has a chair that's a good size for her. A traditional high chair would be too small physically, and would infantilize her. A dining room chair would be too big; a dining room chair with a booster on it wouldn't be sturdy and wouldn't fully feel like hers. So the Tripp Trapp is really purpose-built to grow with your kid, and it shows.

I love this chair. I can scoot my three year old right up to the table with no space in between so food isn’t falling on her lap. She can get herself into the chair. She can use it as a stool. I wish I would’ve bought this when she was a baby! It’s perfect and grows with them!!

I like how I can have my baby seated with us at the dinner table and it’s fairly easy to keep clean. But I don’t like how hard it is to adjust the straps. I never use them and now my child tries standing in the chair because I can’t strap them in properly.

I love everything about this chair. The chair is sleek and very functional. I have a 6mo and he seems very comfortable in it. Very easy to assemble, I had zero issues. The color is true to the picture. The straps are also very is to adjust. Worth the money.

the Chair Is Nice And Very Pleasing. Fits At Our Table Well, But The Straps Are Really Hard To Adjust. This Chair Will Only Work For One Babies That Have Great Trunk Strength. My 4 Month Old Isn't Quite Ready For It, But i Think It Will Work Great Once He Is.
Nice high chair, but the harness really needs a redesign.

The chair itself is nice and easy to clean, but the harness is very difficult to adjust. I have to use a bbq skewer to loosen up the straps, and are no directions on how to adjust it. I can’t tell if I am tightening or loosening it, and by the time I’ve moved it a few centimeters, I realize it’s not what I wanted. Another issue is the buckle. It is very hard to unbuckle. This to me seems to be a huge safety issue. Strap in kid, and don’t even think about choking because it might take me a minute to help you. Other than these issues, the chair is nice.
