We had this crib on our registry and have had it in use with our baby for 10 months now. Here are our thoughts: 1. The paint quality is not the greatest. We have the white and birch, and the white paint chipped off in a few places within two months of using it. The largest chip is on the top edge, with about 3" of white chip gone. 2. It is relatively simple to put together. Took both my husband and I to do it, but we got it together in less than an hour. 3. We cannot use the bottom level setting, which is upsetting because our 10 month old, who is in the 91st height percentile, can now pull himself up to stand and the top edge doesn't even reach his armpits at the third setting. On the lowest setting, one of the pre-screwed in adjustment screws is glued to the casing, so we can't put the adjustment lever on it, leaving one corner unattached. We will be going to just the floor mattress shortly but I would've liked to get a few more months of containment at night for the baby! 4. The top rail is really convenient for hanging mobiles and monitors.

The crib itself is adorable and makes for a cozy addition to our nursery. The instructions however are a legitimate nightmare to follow, with no actual words just pictures and numbered pieces.

The instructions for this thing is HORRIBLE. There are only pictures, no descriptions. They arent even correct. Luckily I am good at puzzles otherwise I wouldve returned this. Pretty sure the one delivered to my house was one someone else returned because the cardboard for the screws were torn open and one of the items looked a little damaged. Anyways, it took forever especially because I am 34 weeks pregnant. It looks great now but the instructions are the worst I have ever seen. Dont get it unless you wanna do a puzzle.

I really love this crib. All the hardware had fallen out which another person mentioned and we did put a part of it together incorrectly but figured it out when the next step didn’t work. Once it was together it looked great and we’ve enjoyed it so far although my baby doesn’t sleep in it full time yet since he’s still in a bassinet.

The quality is so bad, even the worst product I bought, and it can’t allowed to return. Paint flaking is before I use it, I can’t imagine my baby lies in it every day.

These other reviews made me nervous - missing pieces, confusing instructions. I had ZERO issues putting this together with my husband. I started it by myself and then he came in to help get the sides on. Yes, the hardware was loose in the box. It's very simple to figure out which piece you need - the instructions have a true-to-size picture of the hardware on each page and you can just hold it up to the picture. Nothing was damaged or missing. We got the brown color and it looks gorgeous! I can't think of anything about this that was remotely confusing as far as the directions. They're very straight-forward. Probably took less than an hour to put together, and that's including having to organize the hardware since it was loose in its box. The mattress height can be adjusted depending on your child's age. The only downside is that to convert it to some of the other designs, you need to buy separate parts from Storkcraft. That's fine with me though, this crib is a great price and looks amazing!!!

This was such a nightmare to put together. 1. It arrived and alllllll of the hardware had fallen out of the container, so I had to constantly search to figure out and match up the right pieces of hardware. 2. The instructions they sent didn’t show which direction the little metal inserts needed to go in to line up and make the screws fit—and it wasn’t the same every time 3. They either sent me two of the same piece for the smaller sides of the crib, or they sent me the right pieces with the stickers the say “this is the inside” on the wrong side because there was NO WAY to make the holes align if I followed the directions properly. I ended up flipping on peice so it could match up 4. The holes DO NOT align to allow you to position the mattress in on the top level which is pretty dang important for when baby is little. It can ONLY be set to the lowest level. So my options are, at 8 months pregnant, to take it apart and try to find a box and send it all back, or to just keep the dumb thing that’s not fully functional… I guess this is how they get you, isn’t it? How am I going to send this back in my state? I guess I am just stuck with this junk of a crib.

This crib looks absolutely beautiful. It is sturdy and safe. The instructions are clear and they come with a set up video, the assembly would have been quick if not for user error. Would recommend having 2 people for setup.

It’s very sturdy and well made, and easy for two people to put together. Right now we are using it as a crib, but I love that we can transition this to a daybed, a toddler bed, a full-sized bed, and even a playhouse! My only wish is that it came with all the parts needed to transition through these phases instead of having to be purchased separately. However, it still doesn’t take away from how happy I am with this crib.
