Q: How do I expand the brush?

A: TW, The Twist-Lock design allow you to twist the pole to unlock it, extend, and twist back to tighten. It will make a “click” sound to let you know it’s been locked back into place.

The lock mechanism doesn’t stick when brushing off snow so the brush twists around. Giving 1 star because I used circle earnings for this poor quality item and couldn’t get them back so I lost out. So annoying.!

I thought this would be nice to use for larger cars. However you can only use this going right to left. If you try to go left to right, the telescopic part gets undone. That makes this next to impossible to use since nobody brushes snow off a car in one direction.

Poorly designed product that put a huge scratch in my bumper. The brush head is a piece of plastic with two rows of bristles in sharp metal tracks that slide in from the top. Over time (1 winter) the bristles gradually wedge themselves out of the opening of the brush head, exposing the sharp metal right into your car. Cheaply made and not worth it.
