Purpose

Shake well before use. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating. Immediately after towel drying. At least every 2 hours. Children under 6 months of age: ask a doctor. Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. A: Looking at the physical bottle. It says "water resistant," so no, not waterproof. But something is better than nothing.

Favorite new sunscreen. I have oily, acne prone skin and this works great; no breakouts but I always double cleanse. Works well under foundation/concealer after it has time to set for a few mins, it feels like a silicone primer. Leaves my skin looking slightly matte. Good in warm weather too. Switched to this a few months ago and will cont. to repurchase. No issues w packaging or cap falling off I prefer the twist cap so it doesn’t leak. very pleased, highly recommend!

Angels singing, out of body experience inducing perfection. I have been through MANY sunscreens, tinted sunscreens, moisturizers with sunscreen, liquid sunscreen, etc. and my teen daughter has an affinity for $$$ sunscreen as well as she has sensitive, acne prone skin. I planned to return this because I was going to settle for a liquid tinted sunscreen that was a little too dark for my pale skin. On a whim, I decided to test it out on my hand before returning. A-MAZING. Haven’t tried it on my face yet but it went on actually clear, no weight at all, no oil, dried smooth, no sticky. I was not expecting that. I can’t say how it does on my face but it touched my skin and I was sold instantly. For the price, I may see if I can convince my daughter to get on the train next, as her brands are about double. ::chef’s kiss::

Love this product; hate the packaging. It’s impossible to squeeze product out after a while. I’ve resorted to using a knife to cut the tubes open - and there’s always SO MUCH product left when I open it up. Would love to see this offered in an easier container.

I am 57 years old and can state unequivocally that I’ve tried at least 50 daily, under makeup sunscreens and Sun Bum Daily gel wins hands down. It glides on deliciously smoothly and stays matte. It is not sticky or oily in the least and I apply makeup right after. I purchased it for a beach vacation and now wear it every day on my face, neck, and chest. I stock up on it to make sure I don’t run out. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I abandoned my old SPF and switched to this and got the matching body spf. Would love to see this same gel formula in a night moisturizer gel too. 😊 I am now a sun bum lover. I even went out and got their aftersun lotion, kids SPF stick for my kiddos, and hair products after falling in love with this SPF. 😊♥️

If you plan to wear it alone, without makeup, you’re good to go but it was a bit greasy feeling for me and my makeup slid around too much. Love this brand but might not be the best choice if you want this under makeup.

I have repurchased this twice. This is so lightweight and isn’t oily at all. I love that it’s spf 50. I don’t wear makeup on a daily basis so i’m not sure how it wears under makeup. It’s scent free and is clear so there’s no white cast or pilling.

I like this sunscreen because it is clear and that's big improvement from the thickness of most sunscreen formulas . I was sent this product in exchange for my honest opinion from Guest Quest favorite finds. As I am African American this clear gel does not leave a white cast

The texture is great. Reminds me of a makeup primer powder gel, but more moisturizing. Leaves your skin feeling velvety and a little seems to go a long way. Haven’t tried it under any makeup though.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. But I would have purchased it myself for all the benefits it has! It does not leave any residue behind and gently melts into my face before going outside in the sun everyday. I feel it is safe and effective for all ages. There is no strong scent. I love the texture of the gel. It is easy to smooth on without worrying about making my make up look smeared or damaged.

Sun Bum SPF50 daily gel is lightweight, glides on easily, and doesn’t leave a whitecast. It comes out like a loose clear gel and feels like silk as you rub it into your skin. It feels kind of greasy at first, but It's far from that. It absorbs well and dries down nicely without leaving an oily or sticky residue. you don't need much, it goes on smoothly, and it leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. This daily SPF gel is lightweight, glides on easily and doesn’t give your face the typical white sunscreen cast. It comes out of the bottle a little watery and then feels like silk as your rubbing it into your skin. I love that this has a high SPF than most facial sunscreens.
