I received this as an Xmas gift. Have used it maybe 4 times. As per all the other 1 star reviews it stops working. Controller just blinks red. Have followed all instructions to unplug etc with no luck. Seems to be a common problem.

Got this a year ago and it's been great! I had the 2 of smaller size for years before upgrading to this one, and like them it warms up quick, stays nice and evenly warm the whole time and over the whole surface, and just generally works like it's supposed to without any problems, even though I use it pretty heavily and am not particularly gentle to it. The cover is very thick and soft and the internal wire things are flexible and hardly noticeable, so it feels like wrapping myself in a spa bathrobe. I don't usually write product reviews but this has been really excellent chronic pain relief and I appreciate the thoughtful design/engineering put into making this easy and comfortable to use!

The unit would not allow us to choose a heat setting, no light indicator no matter what setting we chose. Plugged into a working wall outlet, no luck. Checked the cord connector. It had a tight fit. No coiled cords, so we could not figure out why a brand new heating pad did not work. Extremely disappointed. Now we have to go through the trouble of returning it. I wish we at least got to see what it could do like other reviewers before it died. Where is the quality control? This was purchased to releave pain, not cause it.

I bought this a week ago and the heat is nice. Unfortunately the way the auto-off works, I can’t use it again for another half hour at least. I’ve tried unplugging it and waiting, shutting off the power strip it’s on for a while, it’s rather disappointing because it’s a nice, big heating pad with good heat and soft fabric.

Defective - Doesn’t Work

Like similar reviews, this doesn’t work. I would not recommend this, especially for the price. It isn’t much larger than the smaller size and I could not get it to plug in and turn on, I tried multiple different outlets to make sure it wasn’t an error on my end but could never get it to work. I also noticed the connector seems to go loose and this may be a reason for it not working. I’ve had other similar products in a smaller size and I’ve never had any issues so this size is most likely the culprit. I recommend looking at the smaller options!

Stopped Working

I bought this March 2022. I have never used it over a dozen times. I plugged it in and it never warmed up, the lights were on on the controller but cut off after 15 minutes. I double-checked to make sure it was connected properly, but it does not work. I would not recommend this product since it has stopped working.

I don’t however understand the setting options and can’t find any information about them - there are warm, low, medium, and high. Wouldn’t warm be the same as either low or medium? It does heat up well, although it is very lightweight. I previously had a more expensive, Sunbeam, weighted version, and prefer that one better. The larger size is helpful, and for that reason, I recommend it.
