I'm not sure how effective it is. I didn't notice a difference in my respiratory system or energy levels. The pills are flavorless and easy to swallow though I think a little bigger than regular capsules. I took it for about 3 weeks. It might take longer to notice a difference.

I’ve been taking the Sunergetic NAC Supplement for about a month now, and I’ve noticed some positive changes, especially with my energy levels and overall well-being. N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is known for its powerful antioxidant properties, and this supplement does a great job of delivering those benefits. Since starting this supplement, I’ve felt an improvement in my liver function and general detoxification, which was the main reason I chose to try it. I have had not used this product long enough to see the daily benefits of this product. It offers a good value for the amount you get. The pills are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. It also offer a higher dose of NAC than other products on the market.

I’m very aware that as I age I need to supplement my diet. I do not live the cleanest healthiest lifestyle. My job keeps me active but my lack of motivation to cook makes my nutritional intake fall short. I believe in the power of supplements. It does not just give you expensive urine. I have taken the Sunergetic brand NAC for the past month and have noticed a difference in my health and well being. I strongly believe that you need to get 3-6 months of taking a supplement before you begin to see optimal results. I will continue taking this NAC and expect the benefits to increase. I’ve done some research on the benefits and believe it is an important addition to my vitamin/supplement regimen.

I've been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks and am still unsure on the results. The instructions say to take 1 to 3 capsules a day. I started with one and have recently gone up to 2 when I started feeling a bit sick. I did notice that my illness didn't progress much further. Not sure if it was this supplement or not. I like the fact that this also helps glutathione production. Glutathione gets significantly reduced when taking Tylenol or ibuprofen which I have taken a lot in the past. The capsule size is standard and these are easy to take. I will continue taking them and may purchase again depending on how I feel after finishing the bottle.

Super easy to take and I feel like it’s been effective. Serving sizes one to three pills daily and I feel that one is efficient and maintenance. It is slightly larger than most capsules I have tried. It’s great.

This product has good natural ingredients to help with liver health. Not sure if it helped with my liver health without having blood work done. But at least the ingredients are known to help improve your liver health and I hope it does.

So excited to try this. I have PCOS and have heard thaf NAC can be very helpful! Now, i havent taken it long enough to tell if it has helped anything, but ive consistently taken it with meals and have not had any stomach issues or anything. The pill itself is on the larger side, but i dont have any issues swallowing it down.

Works pretty well better than this off brand one I ordered off of Amazon and doesn’t have any smell either . Ive gotten this supplement before and had a rotten smell . This one doesn’t , is a mid sized pill and easy to digest .

NAC is a tricky supplement to review because even with consistent use I didn’t notice a big difference in how I felt. The capsule is a standard capsule and easy to take, no noticeable negative side effects which is great. I like NAC for its benefits and have tried other brands, this seems comparable for the most part. The reason for only three stars is the plastic bottle. I really prefer all supplements to be in an amber glass bottle.

I've been using these for a few weeks now, and have noticed a decrease in inflammation. It was suggested to my by my healthcare provider to add these as an aide for inflammation among other health benefits. They are easy to swallow, don't have any noticeable smell in the bottle, and the quantity to price ratio is budget friendly. Looking forward to more items like these at my local target

I like the size of these pills, they are easy to swallow and don’t smell like other NAC products can. The dosing is easy - one at each meal. I have been using them a few weeks and think they work well but time will tell.

It says it supports liver health, immune health and glutathione production. Not sure what the last one is. I need good liver health because of medications I am taking, mess with my liver. 750 mg. My last liver report was good , I have been using these for a while now. 1 capsule daily, easy to swallow and no bad taste.

Can be hard to tell sometimes if vitamins actually work, but I haven’t had any issues taking these. I’ve also been around sick coworkers and family members and thankfully haven’t been sick, but again hard to know for sure if it’s from these vitamins or something else.
