I use shilajit as a great source of minerals that are plant derived and easily assimilated by your body. Shilajit contains over 70 minerals.

I have read about the benefits of shilajit multiple times. When I saw Swanson carried this product I decided to give it a try. Powders are easier to use than shilajit paste but it seems something is lost in the drying process. I have since moved on to using the paste.
