I have supplemented Shilajit before, but in trace amounts: only as a side ingredient in other product formulas. I have heard great things about Shilajit, but had never experienced a direct, properly dosed Shilajit product until trying Youtheory Shilajit. After 30 days of consistent use, the result was a noticeable improvement in my overall quality of life. I love many of your supplements, but the Shilajit did nothing. I really hate saying this as I buy your collagen all year for my wife, but the Shilajit really did nothing.

This makes my 7th purchase. I took along on a 8 month kayak backpacking camping trip. I used it with functional mushrooms and hometown hero thc gummies and beetroot kvass powder with my vitamins and powder turmeric cayenne pepper and protein powder and olive oil mixes every night it was a part of the best sleep that I've ever had swinging in my Haven hammock
