I had this bike for only four months when the retaining ring broke and the belt came loose, but after it took over two weeks to get the new ring I can't use the bike for more than fifteen minutes before the ring pops out and the belt comes off again. All support has done is tell me to loosen the belt and sent me new rings, but even when the belt is so loose that I can't set the bike to my preferred resistance the belt still comes off and they say that they won't send me a refund or a new bike. I'm not too heavy for the bike's specifications either, I used it for three hours of moderate exercise a week.

If this bike were chain driven instead of belt driven it would be perfect. It’s got the heavy flywheel and the friction resistance being implemented by a plunger instead of the fragile pulley system. If it wasn’t for the belt drive it would be absolutely perfect!

This was purchased for me as a Christmas gift in 2019 and been used less than 10x. I really really want to love this bike but have not been able to ride it due to a back issue possibly caused by this very bike model. I am 5'2__quote__. The handlebars adjust up/down only NOT forward/back. My elbow on the saddle tip extending my forearm to the stem/handlebars is more than 4__quote__ away. I cannot find a handlebar extension/attachment to modify this set up. Beware and make sure you purchase the proper model bike for your size. I've inquired with Sunny about swapping out the handlebars but have been told that's not possible.

I am a 200 lb man doing nothing crazy with the bike, just a normal ride, and the cheap, non-steel pedal bolt snapped mid ride, causing my shin to slam into the crank arm. Could have seriously injured myself. Not only will they not cover it under the warranty (apparently the pedal is not part of the bike, but a part and accessory) but I cannot even purchase a replacement because it is backordered. They will not take one from a complete bike and make my defective bike whole. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would upload a picture of the defective pedal but it isn't letting me.

Ursula - helped me so much - I ride my bike everyday and it was just a few months out of warranty and the crank bolt snapped right off clean from the flywheel I called and sent pictures of what happened and they reached out shortly after they looked over everything and sent me a new bike due to crank snapping . Had to be a manufacturer defect because steel cranks don't snap clean off and I weigh way under the weight limit so anyway great customer service good communication and they went above for me
