This bike worked for exactly one year, then the pedal broke from poor milling on the connecting piece from the pedal to the pedal support. I can’t fix this. It’s beyond simple wear from use.

I should have trusted the few bad reviews that were listed. We received this with the main bolt to hold the wheel on completely broken in half…really wanted to be able to use this bike. Super disappointed!

I received my bike but it was missing the nuts and bolts. I should have known there were going to be issues when in the front of the manual it says to contact them for missing parts and issues before returning the bike. I contact Costway and was told I need to go through Target for the nuts and bolts. Target does not allow them to provide customer service when ordered from the Target website. I call Target and was told they don't send out missing parts but I could go to the hardware store to buy them. I was not doing because it should have been in the package. I'm told I can return it to the store. I explained the box is in pieces and all I had was my order number and they said that was okay. I go to the store, put the bike parts in a cart and go to customer service. I'm told I need the box or the original order e-mail. I tell them the person in the phone said all I need was the order number. It took maybe 2 extra minutes of work but the associate found the order with the order number and gave me my refund.
Do not buy if you know you're gonna bike regularly.... But definitely a fine bike for building the habit.

The price was worth proving to myself that, yes I get a exercise bike I will use it. Definitely terrible quality. LEFT FOOT PEDAL FALLS OFF ON THE REGULAR. tis a cheap bike. Bought it on sale and thank God I did.

It’s a $200 bike and it acts like it. Cheaply made, the handle bars are crooked and the center monitor never stays in place. I remove the monitor and the plastic phone holder. The left peddle keeps falling off. Spend a little more money on a better bike!!!
